I am also having a hell of a time with assembly .As Racerr258 alluded to, the set screws with wingnuts that hold the two body parts together do not want to keep the body parts together. Seems the screw is not long enough to dig into the frame ( male - female frame assembly ) and the wingnut is not wide enough to apply enough torque TO tighten the screws. Thought frame was tight enough, but neck part tipped forward when attached the head. Difficult to get pliers inside to tighten. Also had issues with mating the two body parts . mold seemed twisted and had gaps. Thing is a pain-in-the -***. Not sure I'd recommend . Glad to see others had similar issues , ( it's not just me ) . Yes follow instructions and I DO recommend the suggested two person method to assemble when body to legs. The legs will rotate on the metal supports Good Luck !
Just got mine together. This thing was so difficult to build. The wing nuts arnt holding the two halfs together hopefully the second one isnt the same way
Don't forget to connect the internal wires as you go....She did a good job but didn't mention that. The covers are tough to snap in place as well.
My son had a heck of a time building this
The first one took me 30 minutes lol but by the 4th I became a pro. Now I just have to try to get 4 more so I have the full 8!
