Hi, I’ve lived in Noblesville since I was a teenager (1984) and have taught in Noblesville SchoolS for the last 25 years. Thank you for acknowledging our stellar school system! I moved from the east coast to Noblesville back in 1984, and my parents chose it for exactly the reasons you cited: the schools and the affordability. I have remained here for the same reasons.
My personal favorite thing about Noblesville is all the parks and trails and green spaces!!! When I was living with my parents I could bike all over the northern suburbs of Indianapolis thanks to all the connecting trails. All the other pros were pretty spot on. I love not being swanky. I’ve always said that Noblesville is more down to earth than some of the other northern suburbs 🤗
I just moved to noblesville from Fishers and I work in Fishers and crossing the river doesn’t affect me much but 37 has lately with construction but the intersection is already done at 121st and 37 and traffic flows a lot faster so I’m exited for it too be done.
There's really several different eclectic neighborhoods in Noblesville. You have the historic, the older homes around the downtown area, a little unincorporated section, and HOAs. It does lack affordable housing and rent prices are as high as they've ever been. And it's one of the nicest places I've ever lived.
I live near the historic district, homes in my area are still around 200,000. I only paid 101k 6 years ago. And it’s a 3 bedroom. Almost doubled in value now
What about renting a house 3bed 2 bath how much they run for? I am thinking to move from northern in California to Indiana since I work in the ems field and I want to be more involved with the motorsport business Thanks
Much of the new construction is north and to the east. Nothing wrong with that as long as it works for someone geographically. I'm a fan of Noblesville.
I hated noblesville schools personally I was getting bullied and I would get punished for fighting back even after I told the teacher and whenever Inwould tell a teacher they would say “why didn’t you fight back?!” But whenever I would fight back and tell them they would say “Your supposed to tell a teacher first!!” I’m going back to noblesville schools this year and I know how to defend myself better but I’m still kinds scared
Jason please stop doing these videos about Noblesville as we don't want more people to know about the high quality & lower cost of living here vs Carmel, Zionsville & Fishers. As you mentioned in the video they don't need to know about the great school system or that Deer Creek / Verizon / Klipsch / Ruoff Music Center here is where all the big music headlines come every summer. They don't care that Morse Reservoir has 32.5 miles of shoreline vs Geist's 35 miles of shoreline but our lake houses cost less here. People are not interested in the fact that our Noblesville Hamilton Town Center mall is larger than Carmel's Clay Terrace mall and has a higher Google rating. Or that part of the mall includes the Hamilton 16 & IMAX movie theatres and across the street is a Cabela's store. And although you mentioned it's a farther drive (4 miles) than Fishers, don't tell them that SR 37 is being reconstructed to be like Keystone Parkway (37thrives.com) for faster commutes or that the SR32 Bypass (reimaginepleasantst.com) will improve East-West traffic. And for our golfer's we'd appreciate you keep quiet about our 8 courses that include Purgatory and Jack Nichlaus's Sagamore Club. Plus our dozens of 4 & 5-star restaurants & bars in town are busy enough as it is. Thanks in advance for your help!

You've made a GREAT choice! I love Noblesville
I just seen a not so great video about your school district today😏
Thinking of making the move there within the next 1-2 years. Great video.

I love the same thing about Noblesville. I’ve always felt it doesn’t get the credit it deserves. Tons of variety there

Right. Crossing the river isn't usually a big deal. And yes, when 37 is complete it's going to be incredibly nice!
This and Fishers (currently renting in Fishers) are the cities I plan on buying a home next year. Noblesville is looking more the go, more affordable
Hi Jason, thanks for sharing your video about the city of noblesville on the north side of Indianapolis!

It really is a nice place. it's tough to find too many legitimate negatives. I'm certainly a fan of it.

Hi Jason ,
Plenty of new construction in Noblesville ..what do you think about those?
Much of the new construction is north and to the east. Nothing wrong with that as long as it works for someone geographically. I'm a fan of Noblesville.
Good facts to know when seeing the area.
I live in noblesville and u are about 75% right about noblesville
Thanks! I hope I'm not too far off on the 25%
Noblesville school is great. They just have a few small town rif raf that bring down the average a bit. No big deal.

@@pokelora1158 Sorry to hear that. It'll pass. Learn how to work it. People can be difficult. Life lessons.
I love the video because I live in Noblesville
It's a good place!
Problem is in Noblesville the police will not bust drug dealers. They pretty much are allow to sell anywhere without being bothered.

They’re actually paying people to move to Noblesville.
Lived there briefly. Meth everywhere. I do not recommend it.
This is all true
Thanks!
