Hi Cathie. U had found the outdoor lantern without glass. Here is a tip, use picture frames x 4. U have to get measurements from the lantern. My friend when she did hers, she used the hot glue, or u can use extra super glue. U have to go to hardware store. She also stained the frames like the ones u see in churches, it was beautiful and that was a couple years ago and it's beautiful today. I hope this helps. U have very good dives I love watching u. Be careful at night, watch your surrounding. Love u.

Cathie great video and score! I love all the cards you found. I have no idea what a butter mint is. LOL! As for the lanterns....get some scrapbooking paper that looks like rice paper or similar (opaque) glue to the inside of each side and put a battery operated candle or a string of led lights on the inside. Just make sure on the door side you dont glue it shut.

Cathie, if you had a tripod you could hook it on the side of the dumpster and use both hands to dig. I wish I was brave enough to go late at night to dive. You find some good things, enjoy watching your video's.
Hey Wanda! 😊 I had one, but the base that held my phone snapped like a twig when I accidentally hit with something trying to pull it out of one of the dumpsters with the sliding side doors ☹️ It almost broke my phone, which I can’t afford to have break! Ha .. I’m going to buy a better quality one like that once I can. 😊 I was a little leery at first, but I carry pepper spray and a screw driver for defense. I’m in constant contact with my mom on my phone, she always knows exactly where I’m at. It’s just the best time for me to dive because of the placement of the dumpsters at the stores. They’re always right next to the pharmacy drive throughs so it makes it hard to go during the day ☹️ I also like the quiet and no road traffic at night 😊 Thanks so much for watching! I love plants and flowers. So glad you rescued them. When I get a lucky find at the right price and size I take them to the local Nursing home. I try to get at least one for the desk and then some of the smaller ones go to residents with birthdays and other important days. Of course a few have continued home with me... ;D
If you don't want to mess around with glass fixing the lantern buy some fine mesh. You can cut it with scissors and glue in place. Easy fix and a pretty effect with a candle in. Also I hate mints but butter mints I'll eat by the pound 🍬💜

Cathie great video and score! I love all the cards you found. I have no idea what a butter mint is. LOL! As for the lanterns....get some scrapbooking paper that looks like rice paper or similar (opaque) glue to the inside of each side and put a battery operated candle or a string of led lights on the inside. Just make sure on the door side you dont glue it shut.

Cathie, if you had a tripod you could hook it on the side of the dumpster and use both hands to dig. I wish I was brave enough to go late at night to dive. You find some good things, enjoy watching your video's.
Hey Wanda! 😊 I had one, but the base that held my phone snapped like a twig when I accidentally hit with something trying to pull it out of one of the dumpsters with the sliding side doors ☹️ It almost broke my phone, which I can’t afford to have break! Ha .. I’m going to buy a better quality one like that once I can. 😊 I was a little leery at first, but I carry pepper spray and a screw driver for defense. I’m in constant contact with my mom on my phone, she always knows exactly where I’m at. It’s just the best time for me to dive because of the placement of the dumpsters at the stores. They’re always right next to the pharmacy drive throughs so it makes it hard to go during the day ☹️ I also like the quiet and no road traffic at night 😊 Thanks so much for watching! I love plants and flowers. So glad you rescued them. When I get a lucky find at the right price and size I take them to the local Nursing home. I try to get at least one for the desk and then some of the smaller ones go to residents with birthdays and other important days. Of course a few have continued home with me... ;D

If you don't want to mess around with glass fixing the lantern buy some fine mesh. You can cut it with scissors and glue in place. Easy fix and a pretty effect with a candle in. Also I hate mints but butter mints I'll eat by the pound 🍬💜

I know!! ☹️ So sad they have to throw them in the trash! They’ll do the same thing again after Easter unfortunately, but I take the lilies and hyacinth and save the bulbs to replant in the flower beds for the next year! 😊
To repurpose lantern, fix a small wreath with berries, small flowers, etc and put a votive candle in the center of wreath.
