I also see this trait in my 14yo nephew too, he is addicted to playing this video game (passionate in Scorpion lingo) He is only allowed to play 2 hours a day but he will constantly push his luck and arguing until his father ban him from playing game for a week. Then he get all grumpy until he is allowed to play again the week after. Why not be happy with 2 hours a day? why break the rule and get punished? A criminal mind? He never learn his lesson.
Again this is another trait that is bad for a relationship, not knowing how to compromise or meet half way will end up in a heart break. Always playing the victim saying how hard life can be being a Scorpio, a lot of it had to do with bad behaviour. Learn to compromise, learn to cooperate, know how to forgive and things will get better.
Not all Scorpios have an all or nothing complex when it comes to simple things. I'm a Scorpio and I can easily compromise on small things. What I can't compromise on is loyalty, respect and appreciation. You can't give me that we are through.

Honesty I think Libras are great matches with Scorpio. Both are relationship oriented Libras are understanding signs and help balance our a Scorpio. I am an Aries sun but I have always had Scorpio best friends. I think that this is because my Libra ascendant is at 29 degrees, very close to being a scorpio ascendant, and my Jupiter in scorpio falls into my first house giving me a few scorpio rising qualities.
