No since Tarte didn’t include EVERY skin color, darker skin tones matter!
Yes, every skin tone matters and it should be pointed out that L.A. girl pro foundation(the original) essentially did the opposite of tarte. Take a look at their color range.
ellecoatsie oh i know! It’s absolutely no excuse why a huge makeover company with more money & more experience not to come out with over 30 shades. Especially since Fenty Beauty did it its first try!

It doesn't at all. I've been through aton of drug store foundation and they always end up oxidizing but I've been using this foundation for a year and I love it.
