- Lesta appears to be fast-tracking the new CV spotting changes coming to CIS, in 13.2 they will be testing standardized spotting mechanics in a separate mode.

I'm guessing that Lesta's playerbase has far, far fewer whales to fleece. So they actually have to make a fun game. Must be nice for them.

Wait, is this for the russian server? I have heard about Lesta but i dont know much about him.
I have zero interest in either version, the game is bland, passive and boring and has almost nothing to do with actual naval combat of that era. The game is entirely centered around selling retards stuff, has no reasonable balancing and is riddled with toxic mechanics. There's simple way way better games to waste a few hours on.

Lesta gets the art department, but all the rest is basically the unhinged WG from 2019 back in full force

Kaga has a lot of them, but if I remember well, the squads take 60-70 seconds to regent

@@alexholding6463 I have. Both times with a Full AA Build for Halland. Focused me for almost 4mins at beginning of match and had no choice but to focus me when I was running him down!

Lesta's actually taking notes from Console with the funny brawl parameters.
One of the more notable brawl weekends was T5 DDs only, no guns, topedo damage drastically reduced, torpedo reload increased like 400%, ship speed increased 50%. With all the T-22s it was like playing an old school bullet hell game.

That is basically what the Rogue Wave event was; the best WoWs event WG has ever done which of course means they were too stupid to ever do it again or learn from it.
Even when WG does something really good its a one off they never learned from.
This is a ... small step for lesta...
... but a giant leap ... for Wargamingkind...
It didn't take 8 years, it only required a company split and thus a change in management. ^^
outside of the plane spotting mechanic (WG please take note FFS), the interface changes are actually pretty cool
imagine if they just added a mode where you can play without subs and cv's

and on the other Servers? Sitting 500 subs and CV's alone in the waiting room for a game? because no other ship will go in this mode 😅

expected more from the plane-spotting test. I get a feeling that neither lesta nor WG actually understand HOW bad plane spotting is for the game and how much worse it gets with subs added. OR they simply have no other way, than doing it via reducing the ship spotting range, because if you think about it the minimap sppotting might not be as easy, since the only situations where it is used at the moment are area effects, that effect ALL ships in said area. Also i read soemwhere, that it would make map hacking and aim botting easier (the emphasis here is EASI-ER, if you catch my drift).
Where can i tranfere my acc to lesta ?
Only option i see is to make a new account. The only server transfer i heard is from CIS to EU cuz of the war. I don't know why Lesta allowed it, but they must have. While Wargaming definitely isn't gonna allow us to transfer accounts to CIS. I don't even know if theres an option to transfer to NA or SEA if you wanted.

The UI that showed consumable/upgrades what we really use is really bad tbh, idk its just feel bad
I guess Lesta is easier on monetization and more willing to take risks is that Wargaming used to have more direct control over the finances of Lesta. Now that they were forcibly separated, Lesta isn’t under high pressure anymore to churn out the content no matter what the content quality is.
Just wait for the hybrid ships with planes AND minisubs.. Things can get crazy when you're on crack.
Imagine Italian sub Leonardo Da Vinci with deployable mini subs or IJN sub I-400 with planes.

I'm very sad that us players here on the NA & EU servers will never get Severomorsk. Because I have Kearsarge, but having it how the original buyers wanted it would be nice. But of course, it's EXCLUSIVELY for the Russian players only.

you may have covered this before, but how would I go about signing up for the CIS Lesta server? I thought North American players were not allowed to join or at least couldn’t transact purchases
It'd be interesting if both WG and Lesta's servers were fully available to all players, including the premium shop. This would create a natural competition
6:15 that is incorrect because we got the same bus on the Colombo that they made on their CIS server so I wouldn't say they don't change it all
Flamu, I've tested the hover mouse over the player and it tell you what exactly what a player is running (on the NA sever anyway). Every time I've check a Mino or Edgar and it will show if they are running smoke or radar. If a Shima is running 20's, 12's or 8's
On EU it shows the info only for allies. For opponents, it shows all consumables available, so you can't know for sure the build each person is running.
It might be the same for skills and modules, where the best possible stat is shown, as I have spotted ships from further than the concealment indicated (I think I detected a Kagerou from 6 km away, despite the game telling me it had 5.4km concealment, for example).
Mine doesn't show that on enemy ships. Only shows possible consumables not actual in use

Cuz they're indirect combat classes, in a game about direct combat - WG never tried to make them fair.
Personally, I somewhat prefer Weegee's version of the stats-in-battle-interface, as for some ships (like the mentioned radar options on british CLs and pan-asia DDs) it's useful to keep the opponent guessing which option you have. Not that big a difference, though, I can see the reasoning behind Lesta's version too.
WG pays Lesta for game development. Lesta is still located in Russia and they pay tax there. That money is used by Russian government to fight the war in Ukraine. Don't spend any money on WG games if you don't want to have blood on your hands.

Its actually really big nerf for radar mino. It was the "suprise" what make radar mino is good supporting your DD at the start of the match in the cap. I had full radar mino setup and every time i got atleast 1 dd at a cap because of the "suprise". Now if you see what the enemy setup is quite bad and not for the mino only but other ship also. Would be better to remove the switchable consumable from the list. Lets not forgote Ranked battle or Clan Battle where u can see exactly what is the enemy setup.
There was already a mod that did that though.

Honestly if CV's are going to get a flat 20% buff to regening planes then Lesta needs to undo all the nerfs to AA the dumpster fire CV rework forced on them. Yes I am still pissed at how WGing basically ruined my Texas.

Secondary nerf on 1v1 , the nerf is for all ship so the German still ahead…..
The point is that their main gimmicks will not be as effective as they normally would be, which means that fights that are normally one-sided will be much closer. Massachusetts might still be the best BB to pick because the guns are just that strong

Showing what consumables an enemy has is dumb, I want to surprise people with my radar mino. Very cringe change

EU still has too many streamers and players for them to care to do much. They’re contempt, because even while the players complain, they still play. Gotta bud light that shit
