Great video! Question - I have a single customer service rep working remote and want a VoIP provider for main company line and customer contacts. Remainder of my team utilizes cell phone so no need for other phone lines. Thoughts?

Hey - great video Mike - nice to have some clear logic about why to pick something specific or not pick something specific.

how does the SMS feature work when using a third party provider for Dial Tone? My understanding is SMS feature is not available in Teams yet

Some 3rd party providers are able to embed a messaging icon onto the left side menu bar, in Teams.

Hi Mike, Thanks for all the info on 3rd parties calling plans. We are located in Canada and we want to move to teams, do you have any suggestion for calling plans vendors up north or can you suggest a sale provider here?

In a little conflicted. I see why you would want to report on this, this wayy…. But you shouldn’t be biased. If you’re willing to learn ms teams + phone environment, you can do all the above and only have to pay the standard plan cost. Rather than a 3rd party to manage it for you at a higher cost. O_o
