What really made me feel sad about the family is that at one point Jack says "shut up! You ain't real!" and Marguerite says "Don't touch her! Don't touch my family!" This shows that they don't want Eveline to win. They don't want to become monsters, and they don't want Eveline to take over Zoe, yet they can't help it. It's so sad.
And that doesn't matter at all. So what if they didn't want Eveline to take over? Nobody would want that. Why would they want Eveline to win? It isn't sad. People die every day and nobody makes a game about them.
DarkLight GMD In a way she's a victim too. Grown in a lab, isolated, tested on. No real family, just doctors and scientists doing who knows what to her. No one really wins. The ones who made her are the ones who deserve it imo. In the end she's just a child born to be mutated, experimented on and used. Then ultimately, killed. I'd be pretty pissed and confused too.
The moment of resistance from Margarite and Jack absolutely breaks my heart. To realise that they weren’t obsessed with killing people, but wanted to save their family. It’s quite depressing how they were a normal, incredibly loving family who rescued people from the boat. All because of Eveline and Mia, they went mad. The fact that if they hadn’t have been too caring for their own good, they would’ve survived is heartbreaking. Also, Jack wanting to open a bed and breakfast is so cute, it’s disappointing that he never got to fulfil his dreams. I could imagine the Baker family as bed and breakfast workers: Margarite: Maid/cook Jack: Manager Lucas: The guy who carries your bags and shows you to your room And Zoe, the receptionist. Just me?

Clancy is a true badass. He saw his friends die, was tormented by a mentally unstable woman, spent multiple hours fighting off former humans turned monsters and then had to deal with a madman, played a game that put his life on the line in exchange for someone else's, and was burned alive in the end. That man has been through hell and back and I deeply appluad him. He deserves all the love and respect he's gained from others.
You know what I find really scary? The notes in Lucas' bedroom in the main game said that while he was a child (around 10 I guess) he trapped a little boy in his attic and we can only assume that he left him there to die. And during the time of the main game he tests his "games" on people brought to the house and we see him torture people and trying to kill Ethan - and then we find out his mind had been set free from Eveline's control way before that. So even though most of the Baker family were really friendly people that did not deserve what happened to them - Lucas is awefully scary in the sense that he almost enjoyed staying there even after his mind was clear and that he already tortured people before Eveline showed up...

I feel so sad seeing them before they got gooped, but I still can't hate Evie. Yeah, she was pretty messed up, but she was still just a kid, and she had a really messed up upbringing. There are no villains here- only victims.

What makes me really disgusted about Eveline is that she questions why everyone hates her when Ethan injects her. It would be one thing if she was innocently or unknowingly taking over people to make her family but, she is gleeful when she takes them while mocking other people. She even just kills other when they are no threat.

All she wanted was a loving family even if she forced them to love her and since she aged so rabidly in just a few months, she never had a chance to mature and grow up like a normal person, she didn't see what she was actually doing to the Bakers because she haven't had the time to see how her influences changed them.

the main game made it very clear she was always a piece of shit and there was never a single reason to feel sorry for her. this just further cements it.
You really have to give credit to the voice actors for Jack and Marguerite. They can be scary, savage and completely maniacal in one moment, then sweet, kind and loving in the next. That's a lot of talent to make you petrified then sympathetic toward the same characters!

So in Zoe's perspective this gave me chills, Just think about it you are having a nice relaxing evening with your family and all of a sudden your father walks in with this cute little girl in his hands you do the things Zoe did and all of the sudden your family is attacking you and hunting you down. 23:26 you can tell, when Zoe thinks its a bad dream it isnt. Because if you look at Jack's neck its red from the blood from when he stabbed himself when he first got infected. They are just in the first stages of infection so they aren't under complete control which led to Zoe being confused. It all starts to make sense. Eveline doesnt appear out of nowhere in that scene, she was there the whole time, it only comes when they begin to hallucinate which was at that moment she popped up

You wouldn't say Hitler's janitor was bad. And if Hitler's janitor ended up killing hitler and saving the world, he'd probably get a few brownie points to be honest
Mark, so you know the order is Daughters, Nightmare, Bedroom, 21. The last three are from Clancy's viewpoint and he is the cameraman in the TV show and the guy who burns to death in the main game in Lucas' Saw puzzle. He is also the burned body with the note that says you're next on it just before you enter the trap yourself.
Chronologically it'd be Daughters, Bedroom, Nightmare, 21. Bedroom is before nightmare because if you remember from the main game, the hidden doorway under the bed where Clancy was held leads right to the workshop in the Processing Area, where Nightmare takes place.
Soft Rock | Lucas was fucked in the head before everything went to hell. The guy was borderline or completely psychopathic, unempathetic and plain mean even before Eveline jacked them all up. Remember how it told us he locked up a kid and let him die in the attic? That was well before Evie, and that’s messed up. As was the writing on his computer where he documented peeping on his SISTER. Lucas was always a dipshit and never ever felt that what happened was bad. Even after Evie died, in the DLC playthrough, he was still using the mold to his advantage and treated it all like some big game. He was power hungry. Before and after Eveline he enjoyed hurting other people and didn’t care how he affected them, however negatively. He spoke selfishly and any wrong done to him he saw as someone else’s fault, never his own. So yeah no, no remorse for him or what happened to him. The other three Bakers were good people just doing what they believed was right and kind. But Lucas was a shit head.
also lucas is somewhat immune or at least not has far gone has the rest of the family because he was never fought or seen in mutated form and he looked somewhat normal throughout the whole game very smart too like he never fully lost control but was already infected way prior and was insane without Eveline
Its so sad: the bakers were just a caring, humble family willing to bring in a poor child from the cold rain and to give her shelter. But Eveline crippled the minds of the family members, making them suffer. You could even see the mom and dad trying to fight Eveline out of their heads, but she was just too powerful. I was nearly crying seeing this whole family turn from a loving family to a pack of wild animals.😔
So sad... Jack has his issues, hints of alcoholism and smacking Lucas around (particularly while drinking), but he seems like a largely loving husband and father, and a hardworking generous man who treats saving people from drowning like the very least he can do... and then he becomes a horrifying monster who is the most threatening being in the whole game. :(

Well, since the game also takes place two years after the ship wrecked, it would be approximately 18 years after the Raccoon City incident. Raccoon City's outbreak happened in 1998, so that would mean RE7 takes place in 2016.
I was just about to say the same thing! This is definitely a sequel to 6 with a different story in mind, and man do I look forward to seeing what is coming next. This game was amazing though, a masterpiece in my own opinion, so I wonder how Capcom will keep up with this. As long as they don't go the route of large scale cities again...
If you really think about it, it's sad in both ways. First, there's the Bakers, they were just a normal family who took in people that fell off the boat, they didn't expect to get possessed when they took in Evie. They were just doing what they thought was right, they didn't deserve what they got. Second, there's Evie, she was just made as a weapon, all she ever wanted was a family... But all she knows is violence, because well, she's a weapon. She took over the Bakers, and made them her family, and then she made Mia her "mother." In the end, all she wanted was family. It's sad to think about... It really is.

The Bakers were such a lovely family (aside from Lucas kinda), Jack wanting to run a bed and breakfast, Marguerite fixing soup and being so caring, Zoe a loving daughter... How can you do this to a family UNLESS you just don't understand sympathy or compassion? Not to mention the victims she had the Bakers kidnap/kill, along with Mia and Ethan. Of course you can blame the corporation that made her but, still, it just sucks so much - kinda glad she died in the way she did. And still in the end Evie wonders why everyone hates her XD

Yeah! I think it would have been more horrible if she acted all sweet and innocent around them as she took them over slowly, not just it happening over night. There was 3 years before Ethan would have showed up, so Eveline had plenty of time to slowly ease them into madness.
It doesn’t work exactly like that, but nobody else remembers the craziness of the first night or the other nights except for Zoe. To them it’s more slow and when they go back to normal they still do things in their regular lives. Marguerite I think leaves a note where she says she went to the doctor for a scan cuz she was losing pieces of her memory since the kid showed up
@@randid7978 I'm hearing you out. There were notes in the main game that implied the family was slowly getting taken over by Eveline. But for it to happen in the first night that Eveline is brought to the house is jarring way. I know playing as Zoe to see them getting taken over and for the first dose I suppose it was to hit so hard, it was to scare the player cause it's a horror game. It was for the scare that Marguerite turned around with bugs coming out of her mouth towards Zoe. It just seemed like that level of infection would be farther along developed. Like Marguerite would appear to be "eating" bugs for starters, like the infection gave her a carving to be more one with bugs. Not that she could have bugs puking from her mouth the same night they took in Eveline. For Jack, him being insanity violent was better done I think slightly. Cause it's harder to tell when people would snap and go nuts. So him trying to restrain his wife at first out of her puking out bugs from husband worry was well done, then for Zoe to come back to see that he gotten more aggressive was well played. I'm sure he was a very physical man when he was normal, yet the infection encouraged him to be more aggressive towards others, the insanity starting, telling him that's okay. But I still think it would have been more clever if we got glimpses of them growing more infected, that would eventually result to their forms when Ethan finds them 3 years later. I'm saying Eveline had 3 years that she could have coaxed her way into their lives, being a permanent part of their family due to her infecting them and they never question why Eveline or Mia ever try to move on after they recovered from the ship wreck. She had plenty of time to play it slowly, and get the family to trust her to get infected more and ruin their lives by making them fight for her. All while, Zoe could still be cautious of Eveline, getting exiled by her family or exiling herself from her family as they fall into Eveline's grip. And yes I'm aware that dlc was just the start, having them found Eveline and took her in being kind people. I just wish it played it slower. I hope I explained myself well. I'm not trying to argue, I still enjoy the game entirely, just some things could have be improved. Over all it's still a great game :3 I'm glad it exists.

I think this is just more of a gameplay and story segregation kinda thing, where they really wanted to show the Bakers as they were before and the whole family dynamic, but had to put in enough tension for it to be a playable mini game. I’m not sure why they didn’t choose to do a video tape or something but I guess since it was already presented as a tape it would be too ridiculous for her to watch another tape lol Ideally I think you could start with all that and show the normal Bakers and Eveline and (mind-controlled) Mia and how she worked her way into the family more slowly, like the data on the ship said she would do, and then it cuts off and Zoe stands up and you can do the real fighting part of it all. I think that would have been cool to see too cuz I wondered how she evaded the family so well for 3 years But I think mostly it was just too much effort to sort of write the story around it and they only had a short little half hour or so to stuff everything in, so they went with this for ease
These games are getting so realistic. I'm in my late 20s so all the games I grew up with never looked this stunning. My mind is still constantly blown. Was that segment with the newscaster a real guy or just really good graphics? Sometimes I can't even tell any more. Freaks me out a little
Nightmare: A game mode of where you are Clancy and you need to survive until its 5am. Bedroom: A torturing game mode of where you are Clancy again, but you need to find a way to escape before Margurete spots you in the master bedroom. 21: A game mode of where you are Clancy again, but Lucas has captured you and you are against someone who got captured and you are playing Blackjack by Lucas's rules. Daughters: A game mode of where you are Zoe and you need to find a way because of Eveline taking them over and you need to try and find the ways to get out of the house.
4:11 there is a note/file in the labs in the salt mines that state this happens 16 years after the Raccoon City outbreak, which happened in 1998. Resident Evil 7 takes place in 2017 👍
I know I'm a year late, and I don't know if it's been pointed out, but there is literally no way this could be before Raccoon City. Why? Because that took place in the 90's, and right before Mark started talking about that, we just saw Lucas fiddling with a touch-screen smartphone, and those didn't appear until the mid-2000's. So, just saying. A year late, but still saying.
And either way, in this game, around the end, when you get to the "mines", or the underground section after the ship, you can see an article named "15 years after Raccoon City attacks victims still recovering", I don't remember the exact title, but yeah. Confirmed after ^^
This did frustrate me, The game repeatedly shows evidence that this is after RE 2 and 3. But hey mentally screaming at the screen doesn’t help. Even if it did, I’m still a couple years late. But just in case there’s still confusion I suggest just watching those ridiculously long history of resident evil videos. My preferred ones is are At least an hour long and go over each arc in the history of resident evil. The rise and fall of Umbrella, and the splinter companies that subsequently formed in the power gap of bio weapon manufacturing. The government involvement in the raccoon city incident. And of course this game. They’re highly informative and interesting to listen to while you work or just watch.

This was actually hard to watch just because how genuinely nice the Bakers were. (with the exception of Lucus) like I know they aren’t real people but damn they really didn’t deserve that.. and then in Jacks boss battle he sobs Marguerite’s name bc she died.. my little heart can only take so much

I'm pretty sure that Lucas was mentally ill (I mean, duh!) But the developers show Lucas as a sorta bumbling fool and socially awkward. I say that it's safe to say that Lucas was on the spectrum or something. He's obsessed with technology and elaborate traps, and he just doesn't know how to get along with people (Also, can someone mention the fact that he was peeping on Zoe? HIS SISTER?)
I nearly cried when i saw the family not crazed and wanting to murder ethan. its heartbreaking to see this family that you (the player) have seen torn apart from the virus. The bakers were just normal people like us, normal and dreaming about running a bed and breakfast
Seeing the baker family as a normal loving family, hearing Margarite call you sweet names, and even Jack calling you Honey makes me feel so sorry about them. Though, In Luca's computer he said that his dad got drunk. so maybe the family already had problems. As in normal family.

there is one plot hole that will always bother me about this game. in the main story you find notes from maurgurite that she had been to the doctor and that the black mold had been growing on her brain for months, not everything going to shit in one night. either the mold spreads in the air and the bakers had been breathing in spores or its just a plot hole they forgot about
I love the saw reference from 21, Hoffman is a big character in the franchise, obviously the general idea of the whole game coensides with saw, along with Lucas saying "let's play a little game". truly awesome game 👍🏼

What really made me feel sad about the family is that at one point Jack says "shut up! You ain't real!" and Marguerite says "Don't touch her! Don't touch my family!" This shows that they don't want Eveline to win. They don't want to become monsters, and they don't want Eveline to take over Zoe, yet they can't help it. It's so sad.

The moment of resistance from Margarite and Jack absolutely breaks my heart. To realise that they weren’t obsessed with killing people, but wanted to save their family. It’s quite depressing how they were a normal, incredibly loving family who rescued people from the boat. All because of Eveline and Mia, they went mad. The fact that if they hadn’t have been too caring for their own good, they would’ve survived is heartbreaking.
Also, Jack wanting to open a bed and breakfast is so cute, it’s disappointing that he never got to fulfil his dreams. I could imagine the Baker family as bed and breakfast workers:

Clancy is a true badass. He saw his friends die, was tormented by a mentally unstable woman, spent multiple hours fighting off former humans turned monsters and then had to deal with a madman, played a game that put his life on the line in exchange for someone else's, and was burned alive in the end. That man has been through hell and back and I deeply appluad him. He deserves all the love and respect he's gained from others.

The notes in Lucas' bedroom in the main game said that while he was a child (around 10 I guess) he trapped a little boy in his attic and we can only assume that he left him there to die. And during the time of the main game he tests his "games" on people brought to the house and we see him torture people and trying to kill Ethan - and then we find out his mind had been set free from Eveline's control way before that. So even though most of the Baker family were really friendly people that did not deserve what happened to them - Lucas is awefully scary in the sense that he almost enjoyed staying there even after his mind was clear and that he already tortured people before Eveline showed up...

@@nexemisroguelikes234 yeah so in the dlcs, there is like 3 more clancy tapes. these tapes have dates (with some parts censored but they're still guessable). bedroom for example, happens before Lucas's happy birthday trap. but one of them, nightmare, which is clancy surviving for 6 hours in the basement of the house against molded and even jack, happens AFTER the birthday tape. which means clancy survived it, and finally escaped in the nightmare tape.

What makes me really disgusted about Eveline is that she questions why everyone hates her when Ethan injects her. It would be one thing if she was innocently or unknowingly taking over people to make her family but, she is gleeful when she takes them while mocking other people. She even just kills other when they are no threat.

She was innocent, she didn't know how to treat another human being because she was treated like a lab rat all her life and was forced to use her powers the way she did to the Bakers. All she wanted was a loving family even if she forced them to love her and since she aged so rabidly in just a few months, she never had a chance to mature and grow up like a normal person, she didn't see what she was actually doing to the Bakers because she haven't had the time to see how her influences changed them.
This really puts into perspective how sad and tragic the Bakers had it.

You really have to give credit to the voice actors for Jack and Marguerite. They can be scary, savage and completely maniacal in one moment, then sweet, kind and loving in the next. That's a lot of talent to make you petrified then sympathetic toward the same characters!

Ethan could be absolutely petrified, totally confident, confused, and even his whimper of pain sounded completely real--the kind of thing that sends chills down your spine. Same thing with Hoffman and Clancy, but Clancy was able to be confident and a mix of angry and dreadful, also. Just...props to everyone. Honestly. It all sounded so real.

23:26 you can tell, when Zoe thinks its a bad dream it isnt. Because if you look at Jack's neck its red from the blood from when he stabbed himself when he first got infected. They are just in the first stages of infection so they aren't under complete control which led to Zoe being confused. It all starts to make sense. Eveline doesnt appear out of nowhere in that scene, she was there the whole time, it only comes when they begin to hallucinate which was at that moment she popped up

Mia had nothing to do with the thing's creation, she was just the person who was supposed to (and ultimately succeeded at) keeping it from getting out and destroying the world. You wouldn't say Hitler's janitor was bad. And if Hitler's janitor ended up killing hitler and saving the world, he'd probably get a few brownie points to be honest

The last three are from Clancy's viewpoint and he is the cameraman in the TV show and the guy who burns to death in the main game in Lucas' Saw puzzle. Chronologically it'd be Daughters, Bedroom, Nightmare, 21. Bedroom is before nightmare because if you remember from the main game, the hidden doorway under the bed where Clancy was held leads right to the workshop in the Processing Area, where Nightmare takes place.

Soft Rock | Lucas was fucked in the head before everything went to hell. The guy was borderline or completely psychopathic, unempathetic and plain mean even before Eveline jacked them all up. Remember how it told us he locked up a kid and let him die in the attic? That was well before Evie, and that’s messed up. As was the writing on his computer where he documented peeping on his SISTER. Lucas was always a dipshit and never ever felt that what happened was bad.
Even after Evie died, in the DLC playthrough, he was still using the mold to his advantage and treated it all like some big game. He was power hungry. Before and after Eveline he enjoyed hurting other people and didn’t care how he affected them, however negatively. He spoke selfishly and any wrong done to him he saw as someone else’s fault, never his own.
So yeah no, no remorse for him or what happened to him. The other three Bakers were good people just doing what they believed was right and kind. But Lucas was a shit head.
also lucas is somewhat immune or at least not has far gone has the rest of the family because he was never fought or seen in mutated form and he looked somewhat normal throughout the whole game very smart too like he never fully lost control but was already infected way prior and was insane without Eveline

Its so sad: the bakers were just a caring, humble family willing to bring in a poor child from the cold rain and to give her shelter. But Eveline crippled the minds of the family members, making them suffer. You could even see the mom and dad trying to fight Eveline out of their heads, but she was just too powerful. I was nearly crying seeing this whole family turn from a loving family to a pack of wild animals.😔

Well, since the game also takes place two years after the ship wrecked, it would be approximately 18 years after the Raccoon City incident. Raccoon City's outbreak happened in 1998, so that would mean RE7 takes place in 2016.
I was just about to say the same thing! This is definitely a sequel to 6 with a different story in mind, and man do I look forward to seeing what is coming next. This game was amazing though, a masterpiece in my own opinion, so I wonder how Capcom will keep up with this. As long as they don't go the route of large scale cities again...

Zoe deserved to live so much more than Mia. It makes me sad that it’s not possible. She truly didn’t ask for any of this. Just happened to have a caring family who helped people in the storm. Meanwhile Mia was actively working undercover and lying to Ethan and putting so many people in danger. I’m commenting so late so no one’s probably gonna see this but I just had to say it lol.

Yeah! I think it would have been more horrible if she acted all sweet and innocent around them as she took them over slowly, not just it happening over night. There was 3 years before Ethan would have showed up, so Eveline had plenty of time to slowly ease them into madness.
It doesn’t work exactly like that, but nobody else remembers the craziness of the first night or the other nights except for Zoe. To them it’s more slow and when they go back to normal they still do things in their regular lives. Marguerite I think leaves a note where she says she went to the doctor for a scan cuz she was losing pieces of her memory since the kid showed up
@@randid7978 I'm hearing you out. There were notes in the main game that implied the family was slowly getting taken over by Eveline. But for it to happen in the first night that Eveline is brought to the house is jarring way. I know playing as Zoe to see them getting taken over and for the first dose I suppose it was to hit so hard, it was to scare the player cause it's a horror game.
It was for the scare that Marguerite turned around with bugs coming out of her mouth towards Zoe. It just seemed like that level of infection would be farther along developed. Like Marguerite would appear to be "eating" bugs for starters, like the infection gave her a carving to be more one with bugs. Not that she could have bugs puking from her mouth the same night they took in Eveline.
For Jack, him being insanity violent was better done I think slightly. Cause it's harder to tell when people would snap and go nuts. So him trying to restrain his wife at first out of her puking out bugs from husband worry was well done, then for Zoe to come back to see that he gotten more aggressive was well played. I'm sure he was a very physical man when he was normal, yet the infection encouraged him to be more aggressive towards others, the insanity starting, telling him that's okay.
But I still think it would have been more clever if we got glimpses of them growing more infected, that would eventually result to their forms when Ethan finds them 3 years later. I'm saying Eveline had 3 years that she could have coaxed her way into their lives, being a permanent part of their family due to her infecting them and they never question why Eveline or Mia ever try to move on after they recovered from the ship wreck. She had plenty of time to play it slowly, and get the family to trust her to get infected more and ruin their lives by making them fight for her. All while, Zoe could still be cautious of Eveline, getting exiled by her family or exiling herself from her family as they fall into Eveline's grip.
And yes I'm aware that dlc was just the start, having them found Eveline and took her in being kind people. I just wish it played it slower. I hope I explained myself well. I'm not trying to argue, I still enjoy the game entirely, just some things could have be improved. Over all it's still a great game :3 I'm glad it exists.

I think this is just more of a gameplay and story segregation kinda thing, where they really wanted to show the Bakers as they were before and the whole family dynamic, but had to put in enough tension for it to be a playable mini game. I’m not sure why they didn’t choose to do a video tape or something but I guess since it was already presented as a tape it would be too ridiculous for her to watch another tape lol
Ideally I think you could start with all that and show the normal Bakers and Eveline and (mind-controlled) Mia and how she worked her way into the family more slowly, like the data on the ship said she would do, and then it cuts off and Zoe stands up and you can do the real fighting part of it all. I think that would have been cool to see too cuz I wondered how she evaded the family so well for 3 years
But I think mostly it was just too much effort to sort of write the story around it and they only had a short little half hour or so to stuff everything in, so they went with this for ease
These games are getting so realistic. I'm in my late 20s so all the games I grew up with never looked this stunning. My mind is still constantly blown. Was that segment with the newscaster a real guy or just really good graphics? Sometimes I can't even tell any more. Freaks me out a little

Daughters: A game mode of where you are Zoe and you need to find a way because of Eveline taking them over and you need to try and find the ways to get out of the house.

4:11 there is a note/file in the labs in the salt mines that state this happens 16 years after the Raccoon City outbreak, which happened in 1998. Resident Evil 7 takes place in 2017 👍
I know I'm a year late, and I don't know if it's been pointed out, but there is literally no way this could be before Raccoon City. Why? Because that took place in the 90's, and right before Mark started talking about that, we just saw Lucas fiddling with a touch-screen smartphone, and those didn't appear until the mid-2000's.
So, just saying. A year late, but still saying.
And either way, in this game, around the end, when you get to the "mines", or the underground section after the ship, you can see an article named "15 years after Raccoon City attacks victims still recovering", I don't remember the exact title, but yeah.

This did frustrate me, The game repeatedly shows evidence that this is after RE 2 and 3. But hey mentally screaming at the screen doesn’t help. Even if it did, I’m still a couple years late.
But just in case there’s still confusion I suggest just watching those ridiculously long history of resident evil videos. My preferred ones is are At least an hour long and go over each arc in the history of resident evil. The rise and fall of Umbrella, and the splinter companies that subsequently formed in the power gap of bio weapon manufacturing. The government involvement in the raccoon city incident. And of course this game. They’re highly informative and interesting to listen to while you work or just watch.

This was actually hard to watch just because how genuinely nice the Bakers were. (with the exception of Lucus) like I know they aren’t real people but damn they really didn’t deserve that.. and then in Jacks boss battle he sobs Marguerite’s name bc she died.. my little heart can only take so much

I'm pretty sure that Lucas was mentally ill (I mean, duh!) But the developers show Lucas as a sorta bumbling fool and socially awkward. I say that it's safe to say that Lucas was on the spectrum or something. He's obsessed with technology and elaborate traps, and he just doesn't know how to get along with people (Also, can someone mention the fact that he was peeping on Zoe? HIS SISTER?)

there is one plot hole that will always bother me about this game. in the main story you find notes from maurgurite that she had been to the doctor and that the black mold had been growing on her brain for months, not everything going to shit in one night. either the mold spreads in the air and the bakers had been breathing in spores or its just a plot hole they forgot about
I love the saw reference from 21, Hoffman is a big character in the franchise, obviously the general idea of the whole game coensides with saw, along with Lucas saying "let's play a little game". truly awesome game 👍🏼
I just got surgery done on my tonsils and I asked the doctor if he can put some goop juice on that and he looked at me and said "Sorry, we don't have any goop juice but if you would like we can connect your phone to the TV so you may watch Markiplier with some ice cream for your tonsils" I was so happy someone that knew Markimoo did my surgery that all I did was joke around with the doctor about where's the blacksmith!?
