Bonjour from France. I would like to know, for scanning , when do I have to use the key with colored flowers and blue arrow or the key with colored flowers only. What is exactly the difference between the 2 keys. Merci.
Hi Florence, Bonjour from North Carolina. The key with the colored flowers and blue arrow starts the scan. After you scan, then you use either the key with the flowers-no color for lines only (no fill) or use the key with colored flowers for the entire design to have lines and fill stitches (illustration). Hope this helps.
would youpleaseshow how to use the applique button on the edt screen ? can this be used to make key fobs? these tutorials are so needed as most dealers give you only a few hours of instruction on this macine thank you so much

Hi Julie, LOVE,LOVE,LOVE your videos! When I touched in the inside the circle to add the diamond pattern it filled in the whole screen with the diamond pattern!!! Is that because my lines of my scan of my stitched design not connected or complete? I'm not sure how to correct the problem.🤔. Thanks so much!
Hey Terry...sorry for the delay in answering...we have been without power because of a snowstorm. Yes, when a scan has an open area...even if it is one pixel...it will fill the whole area. I'm just filming a video that shows how to fix this. You can zoom in on the scanned image and look for an area missing the pixel and then use your line region and select the pencil and fill the spot.

Hi Linn, I was using a DIME Snap Hoop Monster. It is a magnetic hoop...if you buy one just make sure it is one for the Brother Dream Machine. The ones for Brother Dream Machine or Babylock Destiny that I use are the LM2 8x8 and the LM7 8x12.
