Well, he would have let Geralt leave, but still, he got me with the sentiment, couldn't let it slide. I just let Emhyr rule, Nilfgaard is still better than psychopath Radovid. Patriot or not, Geralt would have been tortured and publically skinned if not for Roche in Witcher II.
Simon 'Two Questions' Randall Emhyr is a piece of shit too since he allows nonhumans to be held as slaves and for a lot of the cruel actions he takes but I do still agree Nilfgaard is better than Radovid. But personally for ruling purposes I’d say Ciri as empress would be the best choice because she would probably spend her life as the most powerful person in the world, in every sense of the word, just trying to clean up all of her father’s messes and give people a better life

Ciri as an empress would be a good choice from a moral perspective, but she has nowhere the experience and cunning Dijkstra has in the department of politics and ruling and economy and all that, he was head of redanian intelligence, regency council, worked with Radovid and Vizimir II, etc, he is much more mature and would make a stronger ruler. And they could overthrow or even assassinate Ciri, she might be powerful, but a knife in the back is a knife in the back. I think Dijkstra would be the best choice, he also isn't evil, just a bit too pragmatic.

THOUGH only Djikstra can make all the kingdoms of North free, he doesn't annex any of them, he mobilizes all the kingdoms as a chancellor of Redania and they all win united. Politicallywise? This is the best option to finish the game, Nilfgaard is obviously evil, much more strict than any of the Northern Kingdoms, they gotta loose. When Djikstra wins even Temeria is freed, Temeria is not annexed or vasalized, it just gets rebuilt, sadly without Roche, Ves and Thaler though. He's the best winner of the third war. He's: - Not crazy like Radovid, Djikstra is rational - Shows help, support and empathy towards all the Northern Kingdoms unlike any of the other rulers - He is almost as good strategic wise as Radovid and apparently much more wiser than Emhyr who overcounted and let himself get killed - He helps all the Northern Kingdoms win the war and defeat NILFGAARD - He's as good as a ruler or even better than the supreme Vizimir (father of Radovid) - He doesn't discriminate other races, he's similar to King of the Beggars and he stops the witch trials and hunts HE, IS, THE, BEST RULER

Well in Witcher 3 my playthrough I killed the DJ.roach was more of a homie to geralt.and well ves u know geralt knows her personally.all we need is radovid Africa and Shani.
Each leader is a crossover with another faction and I guess he's supposed to be one for Redania. We may not only expect new faction but also his Syndicat gang and dual faction Syndicat/Redania cards in future update.
KoDan most cards are broken in syndicate. Freakshow needs a cool down, fence needs to spend the coins for a boost. Blacksmith needs a cool down, the healer needs nerfed, phillipa needs to spend all coins to steal a 5 point max unit, the brothers need a cool down. Among others
I don't want to be the hater guy, but it seems to me like yet another mindless ability. It's really cool that he's half active half passive, but just 5 charges is so plain simple :(
Sama jego umiejętność. A każdy wie, że jak przeciwnik non stop ma w cholere kojnów, to nawet nie ma co grać. Zawsze jak widzę Novigradzką frakcję, od razu się poddaje, bo to nudne i bez sensu. Ta frakcja musi zostać znerfiona jeszcze trochę. Chociażby Filippa powinna blokować umiejętność danej karty jak w przypadku kagańca (tyle tylko, że może wykraść kartę o większej sile), a bracia powinni mieć odnowienie jak to zrobili z Menge. Tak samo sami oprawcy czarownic czy hieny... brązowe karty i stanowczo jak na brązy za silne
