Probably Ghent or veyvey boat ramps just down stream they are free and have good ramps and parking other than that you would have to put in above the dam at Craig’s creek and lock through
@@petersplat6164 drop the bait to the bottom and reel it up until it is 2 or 3 feet off the bottom and sit the rod in the holder instead of casting out, this can save you from getting snagged when there is a lot of debris where your fishing
i’m going to markland dam tmr going to try and find ur spot man never been catfishing hoping i get something going to use kool aid cherry chicken with a little bit of garlic for the smell and leave it sitting out overnight you think that will be pretty good bait?

I always cut the tails off my multiple bait riggs. Sometimes, I even cut a slice into the shad to open up a scent trail
I reeled my shad back and cut the tails off they were a little stale I forgot to put them on ice

Spot lock only you will get an anchor snagged and it is not safe
