My guess for new feeding animations in the future:
Dicynodonts: Lystrosaurus (the entire herd eats a fern)
Herbivorous insects: Giant locust (the swarm greedily devours a bush)
Carnivorous insects: Meganeura (the swarm grabs fish or lizards from a feeder)
Scorpion: Pulmonoscorpius (stings a large cricket or cockroach, then dismember it)
Anomalocarid: Anomalocaris (grabs a fish, then eats it)
Millipede: Arthropleura (feeds on a fern)
Ape: Gigantopithecus (eats fruit from the ground)
Lizard: Megalania (devil dragon) (mauls a goat to death)
Frogs: Beelzebufo (devil frog) (one frog grabs a cricket or a cockroach with its long tongue)
Whale: Livyatan melvillei (eats a shark)
Small prehistoric birds: Archaeopteryx and Microraptor (eat bugs dropped from a hanging feeder)
