hello bro I have a question this patch strengthen charm is a realtime buff ? or Can i switch other gear with strengthen charm gem ( wind runner ) and buff it ? Can i get that skill is LVL.6 or not ? now i always see other taolist in my server wear a goddess gear with strengthen charm gem everywhere i need to comfirm it
