If someone doesn't understand that cooking the books, intentionally misreporting as an expense something that was completely Trump's personal payout and deducting it on the books isn't a crime, you need to go back to remedial School
He recorded a hush money payment on the books as a legal expense and there is a multitude of evidence to prove it wasn't a legal expense. Mulititude of evidence that Trump signed the checks and tried to make it look like it was something it wasn't. Falsifying records is a crime. It was also about the election and not about his family as Trump tries to make everyone think. Election violation. Tax violation.

Many other crimes have been charged. They haven't gone to trial because Aileen Cannon and the Supreme Court are obstructing justice and because Fani Willis did something stupid.
If there is any justice in this country trump should spend the rest of his days in court or jail or both. When he loses he will appeal until it gets up to the Supreme Court. If he gets elected it will not to be president but to be a dictator. Because he is rich he can afford more justice than the average citizen but he cheats on his wife, he cheats playing golf and he cheats on his taxes.

Trump Revocable Trust, and kept and maintained by the Trump Organization.
The prosecution has a tremendous amount of evidence but needs a convicted liar to prove the evidence. Did I hear that right?
The evidence he has of a recording proves hush money. Paying hush money is no illegal.
