I could, but I wouldn't choose to. It's nice but I personally don't like monitoring many things, like how much of something I have left til its gone. Ex: water and plumbing

I like this home but like you, I would make a few changes. Leave the ceiling and beam that runs throughout the home either a natural or stained finish, as well as the bedroom barn door. Definitely a couple of shelves above the sink area to match the rest of the wood color in the home. Add a window on the opposite wall in the storage loft above the bathroom and add a built in 'closet' space in the recessed corner. I didn't see if there were 'toe kick' drawers in the kitchen, but those would come in handy as well. If I had the budget, a couple of sky lights would be a nice addition as well. All in all, a very nice home for an 8.5ft wide. (I would probably opt for a 10ft wide, since I don't plan to move it often)
Yes, I like that tiny house. I wouldn't have the door at the end of the living room though. Would have full wall to put a bookcase or other unit against it. Overall it's a nice home.
I’ve been looking at tiny homes for years, there is not many with this length and that’s a game changer for me! Totally love this and I could definitely live in it 😊. Wish they could incorporate a fold down porch on these like they do on fifth wheel campers and an awning 🤔
I would use one of the lofts for my bed and turn the master bedroom into a walk in closet/ office situation since I have way too many close to be sharing one closet with my boyfriend lmao
It's a really great tiny home with a ton of upgrades such as the heating... Hard to know without knowing what the cost is. I think having some kind of small dehumidifier drained out as a standard built-in is smart, and also one or two little air exchange units on the walls...

Yes I could live here. You would have to be very tidy and pick up after yourself which I would do anyway. I'm not crazy about the door off the living room being glass. It does look good but I don't trust people well enough so I think I'd have a barred door there also. Very nice!

I am selling my house and would like to have a tiny home made. This floor plan is similar to what I want. The most important room for me is the kitchen, and I dont mind combining it with the usual "living room". I'd have a smaller couch and chairs seating in one corner of the room, with an expandable coffe table that could convert to a dining area. I need more kitchen storage, so cupboards higher up would be on my list. I'd probably use cupboards for appliances, larger food items and longer term food storage. Having a bar or island to sit at, that could also store pull out, rolling shelves would be great. I might use those shelves for a pantry, also dishes and pans. I like the option of two heating sources. Finding a legal place to park a tiny home that doesn't feel like a parking lot isn't easy. I'd like to be able to connect to a communities utilities and sewer, but also be able to exist off grid if necessary. I'd look into adding solar power, and a wood burning stove, which some places have restrictions on. I only need two bedrooms, so if I have a third it would be used as a sewing/craft room with a murphy type guest bed. Many years ago I had a chance to use an old treadle sewing machine, always wanted one of my own. Here's my chance to get one, goes along with my off grid option. I would change the layout a little, but would also prefer a ten foot wide. That would cost more to move, so I'd have to be sure I found a place I could park for a long time.

I really like it but there is definitely some things I would want changed. I don't need that eating bar so I would want the cabinets to go all the way across and cabinetree needs to go up higher above the area that has the range and on the opposite side there needs to be cabinets or a shelf with a lip the whole things in. In the bedroom. I think there's a lot of wasted space above the headboard so I would have the headboard be a lot shorter and have cabinets across the top and the lights lower. I would have a couch that has storage underneath it and a cube that could be used as an ottoman or flipped over to eat on. I've never been a dining room table type of person. Overall I really like it. The lofts for me would just be storage because I really wouldn't want anyone to come stay with me. Lol
I have a feeling that watching your videos could make for a pretty "decent" drinking game.😉 In all seriousness though, I do like the general layout of this tiny house, but I wish it was a couple feet wider or had a slide out. As narrow as it is it would be difficult to have a TV and entertainment center on one wall and a couch on the other.
Beautiful, I love the space in the kitchen oh, I've noticed the drawers had slits on the side. Not good for me. I wouldn't want my utilities to fall out. Did you mention the hot water heater? I prefer on On Demand water heater love the master bedroom. I was distracted did it have closets for clothes storage? Thank you
front door, moved to side with only top window to see who's there, this shaped couch had storage underneath and can be made into full size bed. front door more secure. remove most large windows, placement up high rectangular size windows. one moderate size in LR. more storage through out home. I think Candian built homes are better built for our changing weather.
I could live here,but I would add a microwave above the stove so it doesn't take up counter space and I would add open shelving above the kitchen sink. I would find a way to add bookshelves/open shelving in the living room. The bathroom sink cabinet does not look like it offers a lot of storage, even though it had 3 drawers. I would add a space for towel storage and a medicine cabinet. Could you please tell the dimensions on your videos along with square footage. It's helpful for reference with city building codes. 🙂
the only change is I need for health reasons a type of soaking bath so a walkin bath shower combo is better for me in that spot... the rest is fine... ... I would want a art studio tiny home portion that L shapes together then open deck for in-between the two an I'm good 👍
One thing that bugs me is that in Canada, well Nkrth America you need a permit everytime you move a ten foot wide tiny home. Our highways are wide enough to handle ten feet wide.

If it were my home, I would want an incinerating toilet, a large 48” shower, actual SOFT CLOSE DRAWERS, a pocket door instead of a barn door, and a folding staircase instead of the ladder.
Could I live in that space the answer is yes but with that second Loft I'm someone that ladders don't mix well with so what I would do is I would either have where there's a staircase leading to both of the Lost or the one staircase maybe with a catwalk going over to the other one I know a lot of people like the letter idea but for somebody that doesn't mind Aloft but the latter is not going to be a good option there needs to be other options for that
In Canada, yet no place for winter/ rain boots, coats, umbrellas, scarves/ hats/ gloves, etc? Um, not practical in that respect. Do the glass doors have unbreakable glass or metal mesh between the layers? Otherwise, easy to smash & enter for criminals. Maybe could live here... Thanks, and Cheers to you in Delta!

I need a stair case for a smaller space. and these look shorter? and they curve which is perfect I jus cant for the life of me figure out the staircases. like how long it is, the treads, the rise, etc.
I could live in 41 ft but not that 41 ft. Your idea of decent space is different to mine sorry. You don't cook probably because that space on either side of the sink and stove isn't really very much. Think, could i use a rolling pin and rollout pie crust, no. Otherwise, l like the layout. I prefer wood to pressboard cabinetry though. Looks nice however!
designed and equipped more as an RV than as a full time living tiny home even down to all the RV appliances..... and holding tanks... the electric is woefully underpowered... the cabinets are cheap.... and the mini split is a cheap off brand...
