This looks really cool. Thanks for the tutorial. You said performance mods were needed. Are those a requirement while recording the replay as well, or just to export? I’d like to also use replay captures from before seeing this tutorial if possible.

Hey so i downloaded the latest mc world exporter and put it in my instances mods file with all the other mods but the export replay file is still not showing. im playing on 1.19.2
as a camera, no. You can follow my other tutorial on exporting replay camera and follow the tutorial until importing to blender (no need to install the addon) and parent the camera to a null and move the null to the place u recorded it
Ik this is old and stuff, but, even when i clicked export render path, it still did the mp4 and not a .render file. Is it like a version issue? Currently playing on 1.20.4

Having trouble , No export feature just render and I put the .jar in the mods folder

there are not a requirement just for helping with performance
u can use any replay recorded any time, its just there is bug when converting 1.8.9 to 1.19 and etc

How do you export replay files in the newer version of replay mod ?
Hey, I have a problem, TNT exposion dom't show particules and the replaced blockes are not loaded, any fix to that?

@@circeeeee ok so the tutorial is slightly outdated so according to the latest mod u need 1.20.4.
And try like only with fabric api, mod menu, replaymod
this mod does not work with sodium for some reason at least on fabric 1.20.4 weird?

U can try loading 1.8 demos in newer version and trying it
But from all my attempts it's super buggy and not worth it

the camera does get exported when using replay exporter but it comes as a player

also the mod version 0.8 supports only 1.19.3, the version 0.9 is slightly buggy
nvm the 0.9 does work (the modrinth link), but it supports only 1.20.1
I don't have the option "Export replay file" in minecraft with replaymod :(

Does this work with clients like lunar and feather?
I don’t think u can use external mods in Lunar but I think u can use it in Feather
