hi i dont understand but got that problem on this video there ia burn on the cable. do i need to change the cable and printhead or just replace the cable?
First replace thé cable & check after replacing the cable still same issue than replaced the both part print head & board
My printer head and strip ok and I done head cling but still blank print issue happen

What is the problem
In printer
Ur video had no audio, my printer was not printing initially, then after reset and stable green light the printer started printing. I think I mis used the printer (transfer knob) and got confused... Now it's working
