【富士宮焼きそば】安くて美味しい名店 A restaurant where you can eat authentic Fujimiya Yakisoba

B級グルメで一躍有名になった富士宮焼きそば。その前から営業し21年。郊外にあるお店なので、地元感がハンパない。入店すると大きな鉄板にソースの香りが食欲をそそる。しぐれ焼きが気になったが、ここはミックス焼きそば大(700円)を注文。焼きそばの麺は昭和23年創業の叶屋。モチモチ感があり旨味が広がる。グルメ通なら絶対外せない店。
Fujimiya Yakisoba became famous for its B-class gourmet food. It has been 21 years since before that. The shop is located in the suburbs, so there is no sense of locality. When you enter the store, the scent of the sauce on a large iron plate is appetizing. I was worried about Shigure-yaki, but I ordered mixed yakisoba size (700 yen) here. Yakisoba noodles are Kanoya founded in 1948. It has a chewy texture and the flavor spreads. If you are a gourmet lover, you can't miss this restaurant.

探さないとわからないぐらい‥
観光で寄る方は鉄板の前で焼いてもらって食べて欲しいですね。
昔のおやつ感覚ですよね。
※wikiから‥当時の保冷技術と交通手段は未発達であり、山梨県に到着するまでには麺が傷んでしまう
富士宮市、富士市は山梨県の方が結構移住したり仕事で通勤してる関係‥
山梨からご飯を食べに来たり飲み屋に来たりしてます。
