The problem with having people move forward and backward on the approach to adjust their ball speed is it tends to throw their timing off and ends up doing more harm than good. I like to have people raise or lower the ball in their setup. If you lower the ball 6” in your setup it results in less momentum in your backswing and a lower backswing results in lower ball speed. Both ways work.
I big question i have that i really hope you could answer as a reply to this or even a full on video but what does each strike mean for example brooklin , flush and the others and how do i adjust to get the most consistent strike i love your videos and i appreciate everything u do for the bowling community ❤
Could we get a video explaining the typical house shot and how to approach it? Great stuff!
We have a couple already, feel free to check them out in our channel.

My problem exactly, starts strong but then start leaving pins. Good advice that I will try to apply as the lane breaks down.
For bowlers with high axis tilt, how would you recommend slowing down ball speed?
Great advice, Benjy!
can you please show how to play on a chameleon 43ft oil pattern?
So helpful. Thank you.
Best advice I’ve ever had
Leave a flat ten
Move up one inch with feet
Flat tens gone completely
