@Joanne Dallas: I've seen it. He won't be charged. The Queen herself & Phillip have had outstanding warrants for decades. An abduction of Indian children from a Canadian orphanage. The last witness was killed on his motorcycle on the way to court after many yrs compiling this evidence. Since warrants are issued BY the Queen, none will ever be served to the royal family on any matter.
