This video was SO easy to follow. I only learned to cornrow about a year ago in cosmetology school and, unfortunately, live in a very undiverse community. I have no background in braiding or extensions or anything of the like, and followed this without problem.
I am definitely going to watch more of your videos and will be sharing with other cosmetologists I know :)
What I would have loved to see is the top portion (your part) of your hair, to see how well it blends for that grow ing from the root effect. Nice tutorial, beautiful results.
ive watched many videos on how to do hair like this and yours was definitely the most informative. i like how you explained the braiding pattern all the way to how to curl it. alot of people just show the installation of the hair. great video :)

Very helpful. I've done my own crochet braids before but was uncertain about the braid pattern. The styles came out great but I couldn't quite get the braids to easily frame my face the way that I would like. Had I watched your video before I would have had better results. Thank you

This is beautiful, which kind of Marley hair brand did you choose? I'm having a hard time choosing the best brand.
I love this hairstyle and as a person who loves twist and weaves, transitioning to just wearing my natural hair and getting my hair back healthy again, this is great for me and will not break my hair. My question is at least how many strands to apply to each row so that the Marley hair is not too big.
This was a really helpful video. I especially loved how you braid your natural hair so that the marley hair will come down across your face. I would love to use that as a guide and i was wondering you have a picture i could use as a guide.

i would love to see how this looks with the curls separated? also....can you show the top of your head? Looks wonderful though. Your face can pull off any style, any texture, any length. Gorgeous. Oh and i WISH i could cornrow like that. I have to hold my hands at an odd angle for some reason, so i cant cornrow short hair or neatly like that.
