Over a year after the review and I just got this kit from a local UK hobby store.. it was hidden and forgotten about, still fresh looking and unopened.. I did pay about £30 more than release price, but it's still cheaper than online places I've found. Now my EW collection has been complete.
I never realized the whip came from his Epyon, though they never explained in the anime what he did with it. Hopefully this gets a reproduction for the world P-Bandai stores.
@@jessebenjaminalvarez4369 I didn’t come up with that “theory”, Wing fans did. The Wing fans that can rival up to the IBO-fans, they’re the ones who said that Tallgeese is the repaired Epyon-the whip was the dead giveaway (their words not mine). The Epyon was more like Treize’s idea, while the Tallgeese always represented Zechs. That kinda explanation.🤷
ZakuAurelius I wanted the MG 1/100 scale PBandai Heavy Arms Custom so badly because it is extremely rare in Singapore. By the way are you an ex US Army Vet who was station in South Korea ? Why u want to move to South Korea because neighbouring Japan to buy all the Hobby goodies?
Never noticed until now that the DM kit is the MG Tallgeese with the HG 1/100 head and shoulders reworked to fit. While less sexy, in the anime the Tallgeese does have a rather large head though
There is a bootleg ver of this kit made by Daban so....that's another option for some people I guess. Or you can just buy yourself a Bandai MG T1 and Daban T3, put the T3 parts on to the Bandai T1, paint it and boom.
The Dragon Momoko kit looks very similar to my old no grade 1/100 of this suit. Which is no where near as nice as this MG, but it also only cost me $18.
I bought the normal 1/100 version of this kit and it honestly looks like 90% the same for less than half the cost (like 30 bucks on amazon). I had to paint a few more parts blue and white but honestly not much work and still way less than the price of a p bandai.
ok i see what you mean i really like the Bandai kit but affordability is a issue, but maybe i will come across one i can afford and in the mean time i may pick up the DM one for the extra parts
I was going to go with the DM one, but that side by side kinda killed that idea dead. Waiting a couple years for the next p-bandai reprint is the only way to go. DM shouldn't have based it so much on the old 1/100, cause damn that thing is derpy looking. I am still going to get a DM of the TG I or II for those extra weapons though.
its been awhile since i built a kit- i used to build HG when i was a kid, where the instructions for this guy in english? i remember they used to have pictures in the instructions, but is that enough without written instructions to build a MG?
I agree. I'd love an Epyon or what would be even better, RG EW Heavy Arms but they would probably pull the same stunt they did with the MG Wing line and make the rest P-Bandai. Almost makes me wish we never got the RG EW Wing Gundam and Zero. Such a tease.
I have a DM Tallgeese 3 but it's really hard to pose unless you have an action base. But even with an action base, when you try to pose it, the plastics fall off, joints get loose. It can't even stand on it's own.
I have the Tallgeese 1 master grade kit, and it has the same problem. It's way too top heavy, and it falls over a lot. It actually fell of my desk before I went and finally got an action base for it
Nice vid. I was waiting for a comparison Bandai vs DM a few day ealier and it could have stop me from buying the DM. I agree the head and the shield looks way better but DM has a better heat rod (longer, 2 color), can hold his shield and is more than half the price of Bandai (in Europe Bandai is 90$ and DM is 35$). Now I don't know if I should buy the Bandai and salvage the better part of the DM...
+ZakuAurelius thanks for comparing it with the DM version, I've been looking for this side by side comparison for quite some time. The original really slayed the bootleg/knock off kit 😊, you just have to pay more to have this, well you can obviously see what you paid for, again thanks and looking forward for more videos!
never let ur bro skip legs day

im sure the wing gets will get on the US P Bandai eventually, they know those are in demand here! Really wanting Heavyarms Custom
The theory is that the Tallgeese 3 is a repaired Epyon.

Every time it falls and he cuts the video, I imagine ZakuAurelius screaming like 6 cuss words then cutting it out during editing lmao!
Well on a interesting side point. onr of the prizes this year for the IAG contest is a pbandai tallgeese III
Clay Geller awesome!
ZakuAurelius Did u do a video of P-Bandai 1/100 scale MG Heavyarms Custom Gundam?
karl 3500 not yet, but I do have the kit

That certainly is a Tall Goose!
Maybe in the next giveaway the question should be "How many times the Tallgeese 3 Fell"

I'm glad my friend bought this for me when he visited japan
Can the beam effect part for the hyper mega cannon on DMs Tallgeese 3 fit on Bandai's version?
Adolfo Rhaymond Munsayac not exactly how it is, no
ok i see what you mean i really like the Bandai kit but affordability is a issue, but maybe i will come across one i can afford and in the mean time i may pick up the DM one for the extra parts
Try kit bashing the 1/100 and the MG. It'll be transformable and save you some money.
Or get yourself a MG Tallgeese and Daban bootleg Tallgeese 3 for the extra parts and paint it.
I'll probably just end up getting the bandai MG EW version
^That's the Tallgeese I.
pretty sure it's pronounced highduck
Nah that's Bigswan lol
The only thing I prefer on the DM kit are the hands... Amazon has the Bandai version for $90 :(
Need an RG version of this
Hey sir
I would like to ask
That weapon effect part of dragon momoko
Fit to bandai hyper beam cannon?🤔
nope!
ZakuAurelius ok thanks a lot
How about that heat rod 🤔
I was going to go with the DM one, but that side by side kinda killed that idea dead. Waiting a couple years for the next p-bandai reprint is the only way to go. I got one of these at a hobby shop in Chinatown
any information about The Adler (Graze Custom) from IBO Moon Steel?
did you place the water slide on the dm kit
its been awhile since i built a kit- i used to build HG when i was a kid, where the instructions for this guy in english? i remember they used to have pictures in the instructions, but is that enough without written instructions to build a MG?
Yep you don’t need anything in English. The instructions are very clear
Those Beam Sabers also come with the MG God Gundam and Shining Gundam.
how well did the bandai T3 legs mount? I always have issue with the legs falling off on the DM T3 when trying to do poses.
00Cifer didn't have a problem with that at all!
I literally just finished the endless waltz master grade tallgeese
I just want an RG if this kit. Doesn't seem likely but I can dream.
I agree. I'd love an Epyon or what would be even better, RG EW Heavy Arms but they would probably pull the same stunt they did with the MG Wing line and make the rest P-Bandai. Almost makes me wish we never got the RG EW Wing Gundam and Zero. Such a tease.
Yeah, I want RG Heavy Arms Custom, Sandrock Custom and any Tallgeese (preferably the third one) so bad...
your dream came true bro
The bandai's head looks similar... Kind of like the sinanju head
i love when the gundam got down
Black Magic BS? Silly boy, in Gundam and Gunpla Modeling we use high yield gypsy magic.
where can i buy em if I live in Asia?!
Tried to catch it when it fell. Dropped my coffee and broke my cup LOL
DankLord Popim wtf
DankLord Popim maybe you are too dank for the cup
Do some reviews on the 2 musha gundams mk2 and sengoku no jin or the MG sengoku astray or the 1/100 akatsuki full set :/
One look and it tips over
Do you think its worth high 80-90 though :b
one yellow piece, that must be a large runner
TheCludo Red runner too
JoKing yeah i forgot that, i thought it was a sticker^^
make a custom with this so you can make it lighter and balanced by changing the legs and some weapons or other stuff
Earl Lawrence Marquez never! I love the Tallgeese legs!
Tallgeese legs look a lot like.....Zudah's!
I have a DM Tallgeese 3 but it's really hard to pose unless you have an action base. But even with an action base, when you try to pose it, the plastics fall off, joints get loose. It can't even stand on it's own.
every time it falls i be like put it in a damn stand!!!
how are you gunna stop dem gundams if dem ankles are weak??
I have the Tallgeese 1 master grade kit, and it has the same problem. It's way too top heavy, and it falls over a lot. It actually fell of my desk before I went and finally got an action base for it
lol, "i call bullshit"😂😂
Why do I always think the Tallgeese is from UC?
probably because Katoki designed it, and he's mostly known for UC designs.
ZakuAurelius Wow, you replied! Thanks for the explanation!
1:12 he dont to be called plain
The MG one is better than the HG one for me anyway
Fuck PBandai, everything cool is PBandai I could only get the RG and ended up paying a ton and didn't even know this one existed :(
So is fine to build a fake version of the kit
imma subscriber now!
leandro clarence thanks!
The dm one lookin kinda thicc compared to the bandai one. lol
Nice vid. I was waiting for a comparison Bandai vs DM a few day ealier and it could have stop me from buying the DM.

Bael was more bland than this kit. By far.
The Dragon Momoko one is better, in my opinion. It has more detail in the armour and is just better overall.
GIVE IT MORE SWIVEEEEELLLL
Joeie Rivera jobby xD
im not a part of the notification squad
+ZakuAurelius thanks for comparing it with the DM version, I've been looking for this side by side comparison for quite some time. baldy_13 well there's daban model, daban copying the p-bandai ver lol
From what I can tell the DM ver just used the parts from the HG 1/100 T3 and put it on to the MG....that's why it looks so ugly....
Reprinted 4-5 times already.
never say plain to this mg or else...
Do my sazabi ver ka
"MG sazabi ver ka
I think I'll pass on this kit. It's not made of "Gundanium"........
first time heard you cuss
omg this is too tall , geese
Damn you bandai.
Lmao 😂 love it yo
