@@ThatsHim.. Sab jatey hai Kashmir. New recruits are first sent to Kashmir for few years because they are pretty fit. RR to desh bhar se chune jatey.
@@ThatsHim.. Kashmir mein quarters nahi hotein, hotein bhi to relatively safe zone to family ko ya to civil mein rent mein rehena parta hai nahi to fafa quarters allot kiye jatein hai same cantonment mein.
At 7:08 it's the dhaula Kuan Arjun vihar intersection before the advent of metro and flyover.
I think now the blue board which reads Delhi Cantonment welcomes you is also gone now.
It's a pretty old video shot somewhere between 1992-96.
Dhaula Kuan was pretty clean and decongested that time.
