JOHN, If someone gave me $350,000 dollars, I would buy an 8 unit apartment building in Appleton ,WI first, than collect the rent and take out a home equity loan on the building , than get the truck and trailer. This way you have the rental income to fall back on, and the building might go up in value in the future.The truck and trailer will always go down in value.
