Last time I was in Port Moresby was 1971, in 1966 went to hanuabada village, it hasn't changed much still wooden boardwalk with planks missing, the area has certinly developed and changed so much. The road when driving into town forked the lower road to the wharves then the upper into town past the moresby hotel left into Musgave st up the hill and over the top to Ela beach.
Again a Great vid and local coverage of PNG too. Just with your view about all the rascal activities in png. I agree a large number is of the highlands but that’s because there is a large population of highlanders that live in Pom. But what’s sad is there is a very large and growing number of mixed street kids from various backgrounds living on the streets who simply are opportunistic otherwise known as rascals. We as a society in png need to open our hearts and the government needs to channel these kids into productive programs, otherwise we’ll have the same issue 20-50 years from now. 🙏

Petty Crimes at 4mile Boroko, em ol Simbu blo 6 mile na 4mile Works Compound Settlement na ol mix highlands blo Garden Hills. Couple of kerema, Goi, Central blo Sabama, Vadavada na Koki. If we are talking about car theft and armed robbery, planti ol mangi blo Gerehu, Hohola,Tokara, Morata and these are are mostly mixed POM born and raised. Your comment was spot on. It is what is.
❤🇵🇬 nice to see you doing great videos. Home will always be home. Even I went to LA got scared of walking pass homeless living under flyovers and bridges.
Hi Mate, Got the cannon x that you installed savage bullbar recently at Boroko Motors which i follow. When you come next time ill bring you to my Wife's village for Off-roading.
The majority of crime is falsely attributed to Highlanders alone, it's a even spread across ethnicities, as per PS Town, Boroko, Gordons & Waigani occurrence logs summaries over the last few years. Southern region actually dominates the Inmate population at the CIS. Good seeing my bro Antox Vagi, I believe we first abbreviated his name (Anthony) in grade 7, POMIS.
Some of the hard truths shared in the video made me worry for a second, but that is the truth. We have a long way to go to improve, but I love the video.

Enjoying the vlog. Pom is not the same. More people, and more troubles. Lots of infrastructure but poverty is rife. Good opportunities for business as long as willing to meet the different challenges.
Mero enjoyed the content! Trust Sammy overcame his fear, skepticism and all and perhaps he can accompany you to feature other parts of PNG and appreciate PNGs diversity and beauty despite the socioeconomic negativities and law & order concerns...Cheers guys and Bon voyage!
Great video Mr Duffy! Really enjoying your enthusiasm for life - we started watching because of your first Tank 300 vids but this PNG ep was so special.
