I love seeing our towns gentle giant Corky in this. Even if it was just for a few seconds.
Him being over 7ft tall you couldn't miss him in a crowd. He will never be forgotten by the locals in this town. He was one of the good ones.

Oh my word, Mr. and Mrs. Sparkman lost 5 of their 7 children. The Thursby family lost 4 of their 10 children. Mr. French died a broken man. Fire destroyed the commercial district. I can't believe that was all just a little over 100 years ago! Makes one count their blessings to live in such prosperous times (even tho we have our own problems).
