Owned a 1975 model, had auto gear extension as you approached stall, could not override-made chandelles interesting. Also nose gear directly connected to rudder pedals, so in crosswind had to re-center pedals before nose touched down, or you were off to side of runway quickly. Nice video!
FYI: If you are flying with realtime weather, the entire interior of California is experiencing near record heat this weekend. I live at 3000' elevation in the central California foothills. This morning's low was 81F (27C) and the current temp is 101F (38C).
Thanks for responding to my request and doing this re-review! Looks like it's worth a purchase now and I will be getting it :) That autopilot looks like it will take some getting used to though
Is there a hidden fuel shutoff valve somewhere? I can’t get the engine to start no matter which fuel selector position I choose. (Update: Apparently so. I added a FUELSYSTEM_VALVE_SET event to the FUEL_SELECTOR_SET event and it starts right up. I don't know where the fuel system valve is located in the model, but I'm glad that I finally found a solution to get it running. 🙂)
Whenever I engage altitude hold in the Viking, the plane goes into a 1000 ft/min decent and stays there. Never comes back up. I've tried everything I can think of to fix it. Anything in the settings perhaps?
Anyone know how to fix this when ever U enable my altitude hold it seems to get stuck at -1000 vs and will continue to charge at the ground until I crash
Thanks for your video and thank you for highlighting my little Kern Valley scenery. Glad you enjoy!
Love your airports. Hope to do some in the future as soon as I will find time to study SDK and Blender. Thanks!
@@antonioiozzi9171 Thanks to you!

Kern Valley is such a lovely little airport. Flew there once in a Cherokee 235 with some friends.
Thanks for the update on this aircraft. I will have to take mine out of the hanger and put her knees in the breeze to see for myself. Thanks again!

That explains the cylinder head temps then :)

Great plane i have it ! I Dont find for now issues ! It flys and functions properly !
Planning to purchase this one soon. It's such a beautifully unique design.
You have any idea how much its cost and where one can pick it??
@@kokoeteantigha389 MS Marketplace for 25$ (i think)
@@devnull7812Gee, thanks. And I thought I knew everything on offer in the Marketplace.

Just the switch on the floor as far as I'm aware.
How did you get the outside camera view as it's what I am missing..
The [INS-key] toggles the drone camera outside the plane.
Nice little aircraft, very Bonanza-ish. I'm looking on xbox market place but can't see it. Or is it PC only?
I'm guessing it must be PC only at the moment.
The turn indicator of this airplane doesn’t work properly. Take a look at minute 3’53”. When the taxi starts…. This model is quite buggy still
Yep.

Am I just not seeing it or is it missing an engine oil temp indicator?
Looks like it :)
in the old days we would just tap a guage IE fuel and it would get unstuck lol or tap the CH temp in this case just tap it lol should get unstuck
Is this available ?

That sounds a bit odd...
