17mm wrench/socket
Hex Drivers
Torque wrench if you have one

You don't need Teflon on the banjo bolt or on the flare nut for the hardline you took off. The banjo bolt seals with the copper washers and the flared end of the tube seals on the rack so there's no need to Teflon tape it at all. It all interlocks and seals on it's own
