Hi, i got the same one, when you connect the gun is it still turning? feels like it cant be connected fully? Its still turning
Yes it is a drawback of the design, but it requires immense attention while using, if the extension turns and reaches the unlock position, it may cause severe damage by getting the extension thrown out.
Tip: make sure you hold the gun at the joining position of the extension and the gun, as it helps to confirm it doesn't rotate freely while being used.
Can we use it with regular 240v supply or do we need a higher ampere extension
Higher ampere is recommended
Normal 5A 240V won't help for longer use. Go for 16A. That's better

How to connect shampoo dispenser to the gun?
It's the same way how the extension is being attached to the gun.
the gun and the extender part is a bit wobbly/shaking, do you experience the same?
Is there any irregular water pressure observed, while using the washer ?

@@saia8887 ok then it seems normal to me, do take care of the gun while using. Sometimes it may throw the extension, when not set properly in the lock position.

When we fit the extender to the gun and it gets locked, my extender still rotates a bit, to a certain limit. Is it the same with yours or should I ask for a replacement?

For about 6700/- after all the offers and coupons.
That time the selling price was 9800/-
It's normal that it rotates a bit. The worst thing is that sometimes when we use the gun while unknowingly turning the extension a bit, it may be thrown out of the gun and may cause serious damage.😑
So always check for the arrow marks, before triggering the gun. ☝🏼

There could be some pressure leak
Either inside the machine or could be due to some minute breaks in the passage.

How to remove that gun part again?
For removing the extender you have press it down, with force and twist it either ways to rotate and release the lock.

Ok, It could be due to either accumulated pressure or any rust or dirt in the joint.
Just try to release the complete pressure by pressing the trigger on the gun and
Then try to do as per my previous comment.
Still you are facing this issue then something is blocking the joint, at that point also use something soft to gently tap on outer side of the gun where the extender is connected to, and try again.
I cant take the extension !! Can you help me
Just try these steps :
1. Make sure the washer is turned off and unplugged.
2. Release the pressure trapped inside the machine by pressing the trigger. (If it was being used)
3. Try to join the arrow marks by pushing both the peices (the extension and the gun) towards the center and also rotate them while pushing.
4. Try pulling after each rotation.
5. Repeat steps 4 & 5 until you succeed.
snow wash is not performing and not water seft priming
Do check for any blocks in the filter.
For snow wash doesn't give much foam, we have to buy a seperate foam Lance for foam washes.
