@@christianbulow6161 do dynamic stretches, no static stretches. You don't wanna play a high intensity match without stretching to prevent injuries but you also don't want to loosen your muscles too much (which happens with static stretches)

Running a fast 5K every week isn’t a bad idea, but to really improve your speed and endurance following a proper 5K plan over 12 weeks is a better idea. If you can run 20-30 miles per week with a long run of 8-10 miles then you will be a faster 5K runner (and a faster footballer) than if you only train with short fast runs.

We need a video which you show how important stretching before a match is and stretches you could do before the match

Thoughts on wearing FG boots on astroturf? My friend said that he feels that it's fine after wearing fg boots on astroturf for a few training sessions
Honestly it depends on the person, with fg studs on astro you feel more explosive, however you injure your knees and ankles easier
more often than not you should be okay, however, it can be much harsher on your ankles and knees. Keep in mind this also voids the warranty for your boots and will probably wear them out much quicker.
