    Do those high intensity drills first y’all at 1:2 work to rest ratio and do the longer ones at 2:1 near the end to maximize their physiological benefit! Phenomenal video Jay freaking love it

      I just started by passing about 2 meters two touch, then got good at 1 touch, the. Slowly got better at longer distance, I'm currently hitting 9/10 from 10 meters to the correct foot, it's taken me 4 months to get to this point so it's a slower process unfortunately

      You don't wanna play a high intensity match without stretching to prevent injuries but you also don't want to loosen your muscles too much (which happens with static stretches)

    Thoughts on wearing FG boots on astroturf? My friend said that he feels that it's fine after wearing fg boots on astroturf for a few training sessions

      Honestly it depends on the person, with fg studs on astro you feel more explosive, however you injure your knees and ankles easier

      more often than not you should be okay, however, it can be much harsher on your ankles and knees. Keep in mind this also voids the warranty for your boots and will probably wear them out much quicker.

    Running a fast 5K every week isn’t a bad idea, but to really improve your speed and endurance following a proper 5K plan over 12 weeks is a better idea. If you can run 20-30 miles per week with a long run of 8-10 miles then you will be a faster 5K runner (and a faster footballer) than if you only train with short fast runs.

      A little late but put your planting foot to the side and then take your foot and hit it downwards with your toe and through the bottom of the ball
