About vows of love bottom: maybe you should change to the male character, coz I was also disappointed until I found out that I have male pants from this set
I'm old f2p with privileges (I'm fan creator so I usually get 400-800 gems a week) and I surprisingly entered that vowes of love comp without problems because I very luckily got the 5 star dress from gacha and I also have the required male bottom. I was going to ask you if you have that male item but then I saw in the comments that you have it. I hope you do well on that comp!
Disappointed on the vows of love comp because the only coins romantic gowns available to meet the criteria can't even be dyed white so in a wedding comp that's a huge disadvantage. I have other items that are wedding dresses, but it says I don't have any wedding gowns and I need to save for mermaid, too 😢
they released a new update a few hours ago so try updating again! If it still doesnt work you can message them in th support channel on their discord! :D
