Then after Strickland came and took it and the Area 51 lab lady asked where the rest of him was. I believe venom is still alive in the same universe, there’s also other things I can’t think of that could potentially mean he’s still alive in that universe. And maybe the codex was destroyed but these pieces of venom that stuck around might not had them who knows, marvel tells their stories how they want. I think it would be a big shame to leave Eddie Brock and venom there and just give it to spiderman. Sure the last venom movie could have been better but personally and i think a lot of us would prefer more venom movies with Eddie.
