I love these systems my only thing I'm still wondering about is why run the attachment zippers up instead of down. I realize you menation it comes with a clip to attach the zipper loop at the top of the frame keeping the zipper from coming undone but thats difficult to use. I oppted for mini carabeaners for both my bat wings to stay as the zippers will come undone. Also one of my frame zippers did not come with the attachment clip just an ordinary zipper so i actually had to use a carabeaner on that one. Let me know your thoughts as i have heard others mentioning the zipper but haven't heard why you guys went that route.
The reason is a hunting pack is set down on the ground, A LOT! If we put the zipper car to end at the bottom, this would be shoved in the dirt and mud constantly, creating jams and limiting the longevity of the system.
Will the mainframe pack fit through an Alpacka raft T-Zip? If so this will be one amazing Packrafting hunt fish set up with either vapour or dry bag. YOu could compress your rolled pack raft either on the shelf or tight to the mainframe with a pack compressed on top.
You will want to measure the zip of your raft specifically and compare to these dimensions - 26"h x 11"w. But we would agree that it would be an ideal pairing!

I know this video is a year old but I can’t find that dry bag on the eberlestock website. Do you still make/sell that large sized fry bag?
