He has over 17 years of experience creating and delivering nationally recognized community programs serving the most distressed populations of New York City. Adversity has served as his greatest teacher, molding him into the modern leader and loving father he is today.

    Great speech! Fatherhood is leadership and leadership is influence. That says it right there. I'm also enjoying his book, "Fatherhood is Leadership". Well done.

    Wow! Wow! This is powerful talk + charge.
    Mr. B., you are a greater soul and simplifier. This teaching is a must watch for every male.
    Fatherhood is leadership and leadership is influence. A man who can't positively influence his family is unfit to lead in the larger sphere.
    Let me end by saying that Fatherhood is destiny; is a unique ministry and purpose. Therefore, it requires one to be his best and thrive to better his best.

    That was great! Fathers should lead with a good example and inspire his kids to be the best they can be. You can see Devon is really passionate about his work/purpose.
