So I finally dug mind out... Still looks great to this day! What I don't like about the figure is that the head does not have any neck articulation... So his head can't turn to do some poses... Would've been cool if it had articulation there.
Before hot toys started to make those grown up toy line those were the real deal i think.And though this was made for kids still has some parts that you sould pay extra attention in order to not break it off.I love what they did with the chrome paint but the truth is that that kind of paint can easilly go off with the time,and i believe o would keep it in the box.And you are right it is a fact that now that i am 35 i love toys much more.Nice toy review.
I had a couple of smaller ones as a boy. Robocop is one of those toys that has so many variations of color schemes, it is ridiculous. Very cool you still got the box and it is in pretty good shape for the age. Your custom battle damaged one is pretty cool. If you want you should try some dry brushing. I think it would look good on the innerframe. The first movie was the one my dad and I watched. I can't really go into detail here, but it's pretty funny reflecting back on it.

Some minor scratches on the chrome parts on mine though but I still have all the items and parts intact. Only problem is that the right arm on mine has a lose hinge so he can't pose with his right arm facing upwards. Other than that, its seriously a great Robocop figure that is very detailed till today. I still love it to this day. My favorite part of the figure is the brain!

And all the seems all around the body didn't quite match up, and the same for the colouring. But with that said, I will be baying one again at one point, and then custom repaint him, and maby change his right hand. The color I haven't dessited on yet.

I only acknowledge Robocop and Robocop 2. The rest is garbage juice, y'know that horrible sludge at the bottom of the trash. People like to think of Robocop vs Terminator (cool snes game btw). I'd like to see Robocop vs Maximilian from Disney's 1979 The Black Hole.
I think #3 had potential, but loosing Peter Weller as Robocop, trying to make it PG13..... and some other aspects really ruined it. It had a some good moments, and watching the cops actually quit (vs talking about striking or striking), and helping defend old detroit was probably its best moment. but yeah...............the tv show is also pretty bad.........................ahahahhahahaha its worth some laughs though.

Sorry dude, but the Diecast's Robocop figure is better built, is more attractive than this. So, this is not the better figure ever had. You are mistaken....rsrs
The figure is based off the Robocop TV Series, so it's supposed to look like the actor Richard Eden. But yeah, doesn't look like him either.. Lol.. For a toy from 1997, this was pretty excellent nonetheless.

no manual that i recall. Just a box. The item is a "tactical mine" that I think only showed up in the t.v. show.
