There definitely seems like there’s a restlessness in the air nowadays that I swear didn’t used to be here. Maybe it’s a figment of the headspace that we’re in but who knows. Make sure that at least every now and then that you appreciate the things that you do have and don’t let that drive to be better manifest as a negative view of yourself. Big love TZ

Yeah I appreciate that, always good for others to point out blind spots etc and yeah I guess its natural for the personality to shift over time, just got to be aware of what I am focusing on. x
