    BOOM! Kung Pao Chicken, the real deal. Nancy you are so talented. I am mesmerize by your videos. Will try to make this week. Not sure I will fuss with cutting the chicken like you did but I'll give it a go. Love you Nan😍

      @sbecke7692, thank you for the kind words. Much of the preliminary cutting (into the meat) results in tenderizing the chicken. However, some may consider chicken meat already tender. To each according to preference. I hope you enjoy making this dish.
