Damn, Teddy had everything. The rock star bad ass look, the character, the hair and make up, the talent in composing, the discipline and leadership in the band and most of all the genius in playing the guitar. Such a shame we lost him too early. I wanted more of his music.

I can argue that Wally Gonzales of the Juan dela Cruz band is our greatest OPM guitarist of all time. However, if Teddy Diaz lived longer, he will be unmatched. LOOK AT THIS.

JB once said that as a classically trained musician Teddy never winged it and instead wrote them down note by note. So if it is assumed that this entire solo was prepared beforehand, then that is by far incredible from such a driven guitarist who was gone too soon.

Teddy Diaz reminds me of Jimmy Page with his violin bow act. Then the way he plays, reminded me of Van Halen. A damn good guitarist indeed
