I absolutely love the Broadway Lion King, especially the songs "He Lives in You" and "Shadowland," two potent additions that I actually think make the Broadway music surpass the original animated movie soundtrack. Those two songs speak to my spiritual and environmentalist soul, so hearing them always makes me cry.
These amazing ladies made me cry twice as hard...with ALL the songs! I have no words for such awesomeness. I grew up as a minister's kid, and I had yet to hear any church congregation sing their dry, dusty beliefs with as much true heart and soul as these beautiful women sang the Deeper Truth within the Lion King melodies.

I don't know if anyone is here now that's currently going through the society collapse that is happening today in 2020, but these power women's voices is what needs to heard to everyone. It is absolutely amazing and they need to be resonated throughout the world. The songs bring everything to life. This wouldn't be a for protest or to fight back but to bring peace as a reminder of how the world was before and the beauty within all of us even if it's culturally different.
