She was still an accessory to the crime. She drove the car while they fired shots at the police officers. I think that she probably would most likely be charged with aiding and abetting fugitives
What started out as a simple make and take bar fight turned into a full blown mass shooting and high speed chase. After killing the bartender all three suspects escaped down Highway 16 to Buffalo Bill Dam and fled into Yellowstone and holed up at a cabin in Fishing Bridge. The next day the NPS Rangers, Park County Sheriff and Park County SWAT arrived and all three suspects were arrested. The female suspect was found guilty of manslaughter and sentenced to life in the Wyoming Woman's Hospital in Lusk the two men were found guilty of murder, manslaughter, shooting a police officer, and armed robbery they are on death row in Wyoming State Penitentiary in Rawlins.
I just did a deep dive into some old news articles about the incident and aftermath. Some corrections: 1. The man killed was a bar patron shot at random when the suspect fired through the window. He was not the bartender. 2. The cabin was about halfway between Cody and Yellowstone. 3. None of the suspects got death row. The woman pleaded guilty to being an accessory after the fact to murder and got 18 to 24 months in the Wyoming Women's Center. She was released in 1985. The man who fired the gun into the bar pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder of Officer Peglow and got 28 years to life. The other male suspect was convicted of eight felonies, but those did not include murder. He got two life terms. None of the three were convicted of manslaughter or armed robbery.

I'd imagine back then being small rural area, most cops on call no take home cars, portable radios minus ones on duty which was typical in small budget towns he stayed behind and did a road block and the other 2 flew by.
