Yes taxi drivers are breaking the law then who is enforcing it. Where are traffic officers.

yeah you're blowing my mind right now.. since there arent any officers out there, enforcing this law.. are the taxi drivers even breaking any laws? the only traffic law that exists is south africa is the speed cameras.. everything else doesn't exist, there are unroadworthy cars driving on our roads, unlicensed drivers, drivers from other countries that shouldn't be driving on our roads.. most things are a mess in S.A as it stands, but the Law Enforcement Agencies in S.A are truly failing our country.

It's quite evident that taxi drivers have a grade 14 qualifications. Qualifications from another planet. What's more disconcerting is where is the traffic cops???

How many videos will be posted and how many lifes will be lost until action is taken against these road animals who are putting EVERYBODY at risk? Never!! Because many traffic officials own taxis or collect bribes. That's how they stay in business
