Hello! Thank you for reviewing the COLOP e-mark! :) The ink cartridge actually lasts for up to 5000 imprints (depending on the imprints). And when it is empty, you just change the cartridge - no need to throw away the entire printer! The print head is integrated into the ink cartridge. Yes, we did mentioned the print head is located on the catridge and everytime you change the cartidge means changing a new print head.
