  • These balls all need some oil, period. These three balls offer different motions going down the lane. Pure Envy being the cleanest option, mesmerize follows being a little earlier and the Ion Max is the earliest and smoothest of the bunch.

Envy and mesmerize stores more energy down the lane. The max seems like it needs a shorter pattern.

Ion max is definitely earlier, especially with the lower rg. Pure even is way cleaner and has way more length.

I picked up both the Mesmerize(for the wife) and the Ion max for me. The wife loves the Mesmerize and I have to admit it looks pretty bad ass rolling down the lanes. Def improved her game with huge hook right into the pocket!

In your opinion, Is the cover on the ion Max stronger than the cover on the jackal ghost, if they were at the same finish?

Ron over at CTD did a deep dive on the Pure Envy. Longer video than normal but worth the watch. He titled the video" This ball sucks until it doesn't" or something close to that. All balls will *break in* after you start using them but the Pure Envy became a totally different as it absorbed oil and was much more useable in many conditions. It was so easy to see with this ball that even I could see it!
Don't get me wrong, I always watch your videos and take quite a bit from each and every one but that guy gives in depth information that most others just don't have or at least, don't bother to give it up. You do excellent reviews but this ball is one that would be best served with a review after 30 days of use in league or in tournaments. At least, that's my opinion.

Agreed Ron has the ability to offer an unparalleled amount of information. With his knowledge and experience he’s the man!

Where would the eternity Pi fit in here? I’d love to see that comparison.

Trail leg looking good, Hutch…especially at 8:04. I remember you talking about working on keeping your trail leg down more and not letting it pop up so much. Hard work is paying off.

I love strong bowling balls. They just work for me. I am a moderate rev, moderate speed player. Weaker/Cleaner balls just don't work for me most of the time. There are some conditions I use them on but they come into play far less often for me. Just curious how these compare to the Jackal Ghost and Crimson Jackal?

Can we start getting videos of you during league night? Edited up kinda like how Darren Tang does it. That would be dope content!

They found a way to make these balls continue and not go forward at 35 feet

I grabbed the mesmerize mainly due to 2 things: hate that I bought the ion pro (ball sucks for me), and love for the friction response of HK22C on hammer effect pearl transferring to the evo solid.

Would any of these be a good replacement for a GEM?

What i took from this is. Ion max Biggest strongest off the spot, and most continuous, Mesmerize, most controllable, Pure Envy cleanest, best though the Midlane.

Ill take the one you like the least and probably wokt ever use. ☺️🥰 so hard to choose balls. So many to choose from. I really love that Mesmerize but love the colors in the ion max.

Another great Video. I have the Mezmorize so I'm gonna skip the Ion Max. Would love to see the Pure Envy compared to the Hater. The numbers look pretty similar.

Looks like that ion max would be pretty versatile with surface adjustments. Great choice for a versatile tank in the bag. Amazing video my guy!

What about the Hammer Extreme Envy in comparison??

    • @TheHype-Bowling
      @TheHype-Bowling  12 วันที่ผ่านมา

Extreme envy is earlier and smoother all compared to the pure envy. Ion max is overall stronger ball in my opinion.
