FLOATING The Frio River 2023 | Water Was LOW.

In this video Holli and I head to Concan Texas to take on the low streams of the Frio River. I've come out here many times and I have never seen it this low before. Pro tip, make sure you have good shoes when the water is low, because you'll be doing a ton of walking on rocks. Still had a great time.
