Hello I really like this multimeter but i have a suggestion….. this meter take long pause while measuring resistance and DC voltage … I think it takes long time to change the range mV to V or ohm to Mohm… please fix this issue its really bugging me…. Otherwise its a great tool to have
How can I open the saved *.csv files in your HOS software to analyze them? And is there a way to connect the multimeter and function generator to the HOS software? And why can only 4 *.bmp and *.csv files be saved?
Overall, a nice device. But the software seems to be terrible. Especially with the small display I would like to save the event to analyze it on the computer afterwards.
Is this better than Hantek 3 in 1?

Can I measure mains 240V AC waveform without stepdown transofrmer?

Your design is OK. But the oscilloscope can't mesure Duty Cycle. Please upgrade it. If you can upgrade I will buy it.

Hi. It is stated thats it is a 20.000 counts True Rms in its multimeter part, what about the accuracy?

The software is crap. Most of the buttons on the front panel are inactive during all 3 modes. NOT a convenient interface at all.
Menu navigation is not intuitive. The PC software didn't work at all.
Maybe they'll fix it later, but usually such devices don't get the update.
