To do this you will have to be on puffin (a web browser app) then click on something that you know will send, click send then very QUICKLY press the item you wish! Hope this helped. a trick to using the glitch is by opening lots of tabs with the msp website and while you're lagging, then you choose one item which is a regular item then click send and click the item you want (i don't think it works on puffin but i haven't tried that yet)

Then click on theyre profile and click on gift then find the page with the boy clothes on it and find an item that can also be given to girls then click anwards and gift back and forth alot of times. then clic on the item that can be given too girls and click give gift then quickly click the boy item tadaaaaaaaaa
You need to do this 1.get really laggy(open a bunch of msp tabs also go into laggy rooms) 2.click a random gift then click gift and quickly click the rare boy item 3.open it and it should be the boy rare if you did it right

So I dont do that, but if it works for you then diamond items/vip items/ boy clothes can be sents to girls. I use this daily and stuff. If your gonna use your computer. Go click on the profile you want the gift sent to. Click on their profile and click on messages. Then click gifts for the person your sending to. Then click the peoples messages for perhaps 40 seconds (if you cant click it and it shows a shadow. Click the messages again) and then quickly click the girl item/non vip item and then it will lag and you quickly click the boy clothing item/dim pack/ vip item. If you never lag um just hit me up on the usa server. Im best friends with Kaivani on the U.S. server and while your at her profile then click on somebodys name - blossom. You need to do this
