These monkeys have been humanized and since monkeys are very social creatures and the wild are always touching and hugging and any number of things such as that, they hug humans. They have been trained to do that. Plus she's one of only two perhaps three humans that are right there at the moment, we know at least two because they're she and the camera person. Perhaps that's her brother or someone else who came along to video. Since the monkeys are humanized unless they were raised in a home with another monkey want to see a human as their troop. This may even be one of the monkeys in her rotation. She and her brother are in this business together, this business of exploiting monkeys. They bring monkeys that they on out there and leave them and video them. This monkey could even be her very own. Their friends join in and it can whip them up into a frenzy when they’re all baying for blood together. The VOs definitely know this by now, and probably know they’re making it worse by repeating the aggressors’ name in a low voice and lip smacking while they attack a lower ranking monkey. Like how they kept weakly protesting “Jack” and lipsmacking in this video. To the aggressor, it basically sounds like the humans are growling and lipsmacking in support of the beat down.
Like at 6:45 , Konthea(the woman) starts softly saying Jack in a calm high pitch singsong and he immediately relaxed for some grooming.
