What people need to understand is everyone’s interpretation of a boss isn’t the same. Some people might interpret being a boss as a manager at their job. Some people might interpret being a boss as owning their own business/company. Either way you have to answer to someone rather it’s HR or it’s your customer/consumer. Furthermore, the amount of money that is needed individually is based off of the lifestyle you choose to live or create. Either way everyone has to work if they want something out of life 9-5 workers or not, even business owners will tell you there is no days off for them.
