Fun fact. Johnny galecki was supposed to play Sheldon but decided to take the Leonard role because he has always played the friend that doesn't get many dates. Except for Playing David Healy where he dated Darlene in Roseanne, who plays Leslie winkle on BBT, and wanted to be a lady's man for once
