In my opinion, there should not be constitutional court apart from the Supreme Court, but a bench should be created by increasing the number of judges in the Supreme Court, which should be called constitutional bench and this bench entertains the constitutional cases.
If we make a separate constitutional court, it will be a huge blow to the supremacy of the Supreme Court.

For all Brigadiers, Generals, Judges and grade 18 and above bureaucrats, who gets any public office, them and their family members assets should be disclosed and then reviewed at the time of retirement. If there is any discrepancy found, they must be questioned and scrutinized until they found clean or if not must be punished by the law and assets must be seized. Also, they should not be allowed to have any foreign trips for the next two years after retirement. Doing so, there will be a big decline in corruption in Pakistan. Why are you missing a vital point. If expediting justice in the pending cases is the cornerstone of policy why not redesignate the present Supreme Court as the Constitutional Court to be headed by the incoming CJ and let them handle ALL political / constitutional matters. A new court , call it what you may , can take up ALL other pending cases and expeditiously dispose of them ?
